@Jerkman, I too don't know whence this suit, but I can give you a picture with it.

Certainly, I could and be mistaken in some elements of design of a suit, here I apologize.

Hey man. Can you make Joe Wade's costume for 2099's Flipside costume. Otherwise Joe's Scarlet Spider's suit is technological theme, liked your Millenia (2099's Flipside) & Sosiska's Unlimited & Big Time Neons (2099 Flipside edited techno-light effects or maybe there is sometin' that changed by him).
