Introducing one of the hardest boosters I've made to date. Bishop's here to rock your world! Will you master energy absorption and expulsion to cut your foes down, or use a wide range of bullet types to overwhelm your enemies with a slew of damage types and effects?

Abilities


Bio Beam Channels energy through his hands to blast foes with a beam of focused power.
Changes - Now does knockback

Full Auto Fires both guns in a spray of bullets causing physical damage
Changes - Now does physical damage
             - damage is now direct (can apply things like radiation)
             - faster draw and holster speed

Bio Blast Radial energy attack that damages enemies and has a chance of doing a 'Deadly Strike' (33% instant $HP loss)
Changes - trips enemies

Cryo Barrage Fires both guns in broad sweeps with cryogenic rounds
Changes - Slows enemies
             - far more reliable at hitting targets

Sapping Strike Melee attack that reduces damage victims do by 50%, and increases Bishops powered energy damage for a time(does not increase damage of Sapping Strike).  Drains batteries
Changes - Now buffs damage of energy powered attacks

Explosive Rounds Uses gun to fire projectiles that explode on contact.
Changes - bullets now explode in a radius and doing popup
             - does direct damage (can apply things like radiation)
             - faster draw and holster speed

Bio Blitz Fires an energy beam that refracts on contact, and hits additional targets
Changes - New Ability

Acid Rain(bombardment) Fires several acid rounds into the air. They then explode, raining radiation damage on enemies
Changes - does radiation damage over time

Big Bang Sucks in surrounding energy releasing it in a violent explosion of power nullifying enemy powers
Changes - None

Superconducter Entire party spends no EP and takes no energy damage for a time
Changes - None

Absorption Absorbs a percentage of energy damage as HP gain and boosts Physical Resistance.
Changes - None

Energy Fury Gives bonus energy damage to melee attacks for self and allies for a time
Changes - fixed (now applies to melee attacks as stated)

Energy Combat Adds energy damage to melee attacks
Changes - None

Gun Mastery Adds to gun damage and increases chance for criticals with gun attacks
Changes - None

Power Trip Adds to defense, movement speed and energy resistance
Changes - None

Mutant Mastery Increases EP regeneration Rate


Notes

 - Many changes unlisted such as animation changes, ep requirements, etc.
 - the explosive rounds were intended to be knockback based but something was wrong with damage, so i may rectify this in the future. For now they do popup and radial knockback (still effective)
 - Sapping strike was intended to add effects such as making bio beam refract. it wasnt working so Bio Blitz was added. I hope to make this work in the future

oof i fixed the abilities that require a point in further abilities to unlock. Rlly srry for the goof! let me know if anything else seems amiss
