Here I will post alternate skins for mods. Most will be my skins or will be skins for my mods not made by me (with permission from the original creator of course! :) ) The older post below in the second thread doesn't have all the files necessary to just use in MUA, but those found in this thread will have the skin, package files, and huds needed. All you need to do is change the herostats and drag the files to your MUA directory. Enjoy!

Note that Firt Appearance is just a recolored 0221 from XML2. I just muted the yellows and made the eyes Phoenix Forcey.

Note that these skins are not mine, but are edits of Emma's skins from XML1 and XML2. I recolored her eyes (by request) and also added Diamond Form.
These will work properly with my Emma Frost MegaBooster, but not BliZZ's mod. You can just change the entries in the herostat and everything will work (Even the unique diamond form)

Just drag the folders to the MUA folder and drop. For the herostats.engb or heroselect, a readme file has been provided for you to compile into your game's files or add to your hero list. Please note that you should back up anything before writing over it!!!! I am not responsible for anything that may happen once you add this, it is your own choice to install. There are no problems found that would hurt the program or computer when I tested it, so there shouldn't be any problems on your version.

Alrighty I decided to copy what most skinners are doing by putting all the skins on the first topic. I will be adding all the skins I do here by character as I go along. Note that all skins are PS2 format (works in both MUA and XML2) and numbered with the XML2 numbering system internally (hexed). Also the previews are all from XML2, so the skins would appear better in MUA. I actually am kind of curious how they look. So if anyone wants, they can post the MUA captures of these skins here or PM them to me. Enjoy!

Thanks. Anyone can feel free to convert it. Unfortunately my system just misses the requirements for MUA. :( Maybe some day I can get a new laptop with the capability, unless there is something I can do to make it work on my current sytstem.
I don't think your skins need R and B channels flipped. I've only ever had to do that for Shaf's skins.
I think he's referring to his Black Cat mod. PS2 skins work in MUA and XML2 without channel flipping, meaning there is no conversion necessary. They also don't give black dots of death.

Yup that's what I meant. Whatever skins I can do in PS2 I do so that it can easily be used for both games. I was referring to my mods because I would really like to convert some of them to MUA but don't have a strong enough system (only by very little that I actually miss the requirements for the game).
have you tried 3d analyze? It might help you out. Without it i cant play mua at all, the characters dont even show up. but with it i can play it and everything looks great.

BTW, that Wolverine skin was released.
I use 3D-Analyze as well. Here's some instructions for running it for MUA (I always sound like I'm advertising for these people when ever I post this lol ).
After installing it and what not, enter the settings below and click run. Do not run the MUA game directly. The program should run the game for you (upon selecting it of course).
The settings:
Hardware Limits (cap bits)
* emulate HW TnL caps
* emulate pixel shader caps
Performance
* disable lighting

I had a problem with these skins in my XML2 game from PSP.For example, I tried to replace the AoA skin of Jean Grey with the Astonishing Emma Frost skin and when I selected it the game crashed. Why does it happen?? Did I do something wrong?
Do we even know XML2 PSP can use PS2 skins? I thought only MUA PSP could.

this is completly the wrong place to post this, first its a request so maybe the request board is better, second Matt710 did not do that skin, this thread is for the skins he has done. Also search the forum, this problem has been answered multiple times.
Just an update: I posted the Emma Frost skins for the MegaBooster. Next I am woking on Enchantress for MUA & XML2, so there may be extra skins for her too.
I'm so happy that you added her X-Men Legends II costume. Great to see a diamond form for that.
