Well, I tried Deedooo's Songbird wings, and I thought they were great, but could be more "unique". So, I messed a little bit around the effects file until I got to some kind of hybrid between bird and butterfly wings (as shown in the picture).
You'll have to download deedooo's effects (found in this topic: http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,3779.0.html) and then add my file in effects/char/songbird. Credits go mainly to deedooo this time around. http://www.mediafire.com/?0u7wkdn8t9tykwh
(http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/5227/songbird.jpg) (http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/5227/songbird.jpg)

PS: I also recommend downloading deedooo's Sonic Wave effect. Looks better than the "bubble" IMHO.

I have got one little question : is it also possible to make these wings pop-up like songbirds orignal wings? Or maybe a diffrent design that does this? The wings dont display well on various powers :P (with ''not well'' i mean theyre not the full wings)

that happened to me too before. it is because of installing to many mod things and some effects (flight) just doesn't appear. it happened to me on storm, thor, spiderwoman, songbird also, even the web of spiderman from character select screen disappeared :( that may be because of official character pack...maybe. I had to re-install the game for this to work, and now I boost only the characters I play, not all of them to avoid the effects exceed for working properly. or maybe could be something else, I told only what that this happened to me before....

It's probably a memory issue (it's more noticeable in XML2) but these games have a limit on what they can load, once you hit it stuff doesn't show up at all or incorrectly.

For the wings though, it needs to be in the herostat right?

making a flying entry inside the powerstyle instead of having flight effects in the herostat works for me. the herostat is a very limited tool in terms of the amount of data it can handle. I try to keep it as "clean" as possible.

Right now it works, so I probably won't go messing around when I barely know how to edit powers in the powerstyle lol.  I'll look into it though because I want to learn whatever I can.  Thanks for the advice.  I may put it there, or I might not.

Is this the flight entry (I looked into your rogue mod).  Also if this is it do I need the chain...... things?  also sorry to use up gevth's thread for this but would this prevent a texture from looking straight on which ever way the computer screen is looking, so it will move with the character and face the characters direction?
   FightMove {
   airbornemovement = true ;
   animenum = ea_fly_idle ;
   energypersecond = %flight_pwr ;
   fallback = jumploop ;
   handler = ch_flying ;
   lockchaining = false ;
   name = flying ;
   noncombat = true ;
   powerup_tag = flying ;
      require {
      cat = skill ;
      item = flight ;
      level = 1 ;
      }

      trigger {
      class = remove_on_events ;
      life = -1 ;
      name = powerup ;
      no_stack = true ;
      on_flying_end = true ;
         special_fx {
         bolt = Bip01 Spine1 ;
         effect = char/rogue/flight_trail ;
         fxlevel = 4 ;
         how_used = primary ;
         }

      }

      chain {
      action = idle ;
      result = flying ;
      }

      chain {
      action = attack ;
      result = flymelee1 ;
      }

      chain {
      action = smash ;
      result = jumpsmash ;
      }

      chain {
      action = guard ;
      result = guarddecide ;
      }

      chain {
      action = powers ;
      result = powers ;
      }

   }

And I'd just change the effect part to the characters effect folder and then change the effect line

BTW to gevth I love these wings instead of the bolton.  Just wanted to say that just in case I forgot to mention it previously.  :)

no need to overthink it. just copy and paste the flying entry and replace the effect entry.

Quick out-of-nowhere release:
Nick Fury's Nanite Booster by Gevth, v0.7

Includes 2 new powers + 1 new boost that makes Nick Fury play as his MUA2 counterpart

REQUIRES A NEW GAME, AND A CHANGE IN HEROSTAT!
Download link: http://www.mediafire.com/?khzc0wpz76py9kv

State: playable

Needs:
-some new icons
-fix for Furious Combustion: when the enemy explodes, the players receive damage too
-Balance issues perhaps? Might be too powerful...

Special thanks to:
BLaw for the MUA2 Nanite Fury model
iammingy for the Desert Eagles boltons
Whoever made the left handed SMG bolton, I'll update the readme once I remember their name
n-Space for the original MUA2 Nanite Fury
Files donors
Everyone else who helped and/or is going to help with this mod

Additional notes: anyone who wants to keep working on this mod is welcomed to do so, with no need to explicitally ask for permission to me, as long as proper credit is given, especially to the people mentioned above^

New Booster: DOCTOR DOOM!

Download here: http://www.mediafire.com/?4ctj8a7bmjnxb4m

Includes:
2 new powers - Army of Doom and Power Drainer
Packages for 5th and 6th skins
2 skins and huds by Marquis: 2099 and House of M
Small modifications to some of Doom's powers in keeping with official Doom's theme of having hidden effects in each power.
New herostat that includes both skins, but it's not really necessary!!!
Txt list with a description of all secret effects!

Thanks to Marquis for his skins, huds and icons!
Special thanks to original DLC programmers, file donors and the OCMod team!

Note: Army of Doom works best if Doom's at the top of the herostat, or if he is the first selected character in heroselect. It will still work otherwise, but the Doombots might make an awkward pose depending on who is the top herostat character.
