matt710 released a Black Cat Alpha mod some years ago. The mod was never officially completed, so I gave it a go. I used matt's icons, character select portrait, effects, and dialogue HUD.
I cleaned powerstyles and talents. Changed the mod to only one skeleton. She's basically a Black Panther doppelganger. Still, the beautiful skins of UltimateVenom and mj fan, as well as the official voice from Spiderman: Friend or Foe make her unique.
