Any idea why I can't make him fly?
I hit the spacebar twice (like for the human torch or iron-man) but he doesn't take off.
Does he flies with all his costumes?
If so what might be wrong?

Did you start a new game? It's a prerequisite.

Nooo again? :Werd2abc:
I must have gone trough Scorpion at least 20 times.
All the other characters work fine though, how come?
If that's only to get Cap.Marvel fly I'll pass and continue but will I get into more troubles further on with other characters?

On the positive side I managed to substitute Blade(does anyone actually likes the character?)with Venom.

Blade is ok. Some of his powers are pretty strong and fast IMO. Just play him as a bruiser and don't use power too often, then you will be ok with this guy.

I really have no affection for the character that is :)
What are IMO and bruiser anyway?
Sorry but English is not my first language. :angel:

Well kudos to you all.
I am curious though: can only characters existing in other games be modded or any Marvel characters can be created?
It would be nice to have Penance, the Inhumans or Galactic Aunt May (anybody remembers her where from?It makes you wonder what editors are there for, sometimes;)

I think this is what everyone is doing in this community --- bring the characters from comic pages to the game.

Well then Galactic Aunt May gets my vote!
She bit Galactus if I remember correctly so why not.

Yes, max # of playable characters is still 27.

That's ok because he's not my favorite either. ^^

IMO = in my opinion.
bruiser = melee-based strikers like Wolverine, Luke Cage

English is not my first language either. ^^

Well, lets say you haven't added any mod to the game. You should have 23 characters. This mod comes with 3 additional characters installed (Moon Knight, Colossus and Hulk).
After that you have to replace characters. HOWEVER, you can replace the defaultman entry in the herostat with any of the characters in the readme file, almost the same way you'd replace any other character.
After having those 4 new characters installed, you'll have a roster of 27 characters. Then you have to start replacing characters.

A new game has to be started after you install the package or after you substitute any character with another one?
:rofl:

English is not my first language either. ^^

Well then you speak a better English than I do.
You were looking to be complimented? :highfive:

Anyhow where can I find out what every character is good for besides what is my knowledge from the funny books?
Like melee-based strikers etc.

I recommend you do the same for both. The powers should work fine if you don't start a new game. However, might, flight, etc might not work properly.

The herostat has the info. For example, the second line in Blade's section says "bruiser".

Code: [Select]
   stats {
   autospend = bruiser ;
   body = 7 ;
   characteranims = 01_blade ;
   charactername = Blade ;
   level = 1 ;
   menulocation = 8 ;
   mind = 4 ;
   name = Blade ;

"bruiser" = high strike, low body, low focus
"bruiser_light" = low strike, high body, low focus
"support" = low strike, low body, high focus

Also, there's a pretty good guide for MUA here:

Yes, you can activate it in "video options" or something like that.

Well if you are into reaaaally mature, ripe toword rotten, kinda women I guess she has her appeal.
In the story she was all golden if I remember correctly.

Hey I have another curiosity.
Modded characters in this pack like Hulk and Nightcrawler are they exact copies of the characters present in MUA Gold Edition or good approximations?

Thanks

They are "exact" copies of the characters from the Gold Edtion. Only the skins are not "exact" copies. For example, the skins for Nightcrawler originate from XML2 and Hulk's skins are done by thetommyboy2002. :)

Still curious :)
How come it is possible to copy the character except for the skin?
Is there some technical limitation or what else?
Thank you.
