MUA2 character sounds from PS2 -- WAV files

Here are all worthwhile character sounds from MUA2. Most are lower quality than MUA1, but should serve fine in-game.

Included:

  • Absorbing Man (only a few sounds)
  • Cable
  • Cloak and Dagger (only a few sounds)
  • Green Goblin
  • Lucia Von Bardas
  • Penance
  • Quicksilver (only a few sounds)
  • Songbird
  • X-Voice (new callout/announcer stuff)

I did NOT rip everything, but I did scan through every file for good stuff. I did not (and will not) rip the sounds of any character we already have sounds for (even if it's a different actor in MUA2). If you want to rip more yourself, use an app called PSound (available here). I will not be providing a tutorial as I'm going to now properly rip the MUA1 DLC audio.

Enjoy!

Herc only had two lines. I can rip them if you want.

Really? Don't worry abou it, it will too much problem for two lines. Maybe if you want to upload others and add it in another pack.

I'm in the process of ripping 360 sounds, including the unique conversations. I started with Venom because I wanted to play with the pitch of his voice. Please listen to the two sounds in this zip file. The first is normal, and the _modified.wav is lowered in pitch (which I think sounds more like Venom). Tell me which one you like.

:| I'm pretty sure to pick normal version as of official game does

I played both versions several times.  I think the lower pitch suits him better.
Use this poll to tell everyone where you are from:

The lower pitch seems to suit him better, in my opinion.

The MUA2 sounds are cool - I'll definitely play around with some of the power sounds. Were any of the PS3 MUA2 voices ever ripped? Was hoping for Cable in particular.

The user named "Marvel Legends" uploaded those MUA2 VVisions sounds over 2 years or a year ago. After he left for some reasons (can't remember why). It was right here & it also has a backup link (mediafire) provided by us modders in the honor of Marvel Legends: http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,6349.0.html

Thanks! Will look through all of those.
