XML1 - Danger Room

I noticed that is a very complex matter to change stuff on XML1.

I was thinking about some danger room characters like magneto that have limited powers in the danger room.

Is it possible to unlock their powers with a mod or using gameshark (in case of ps2).

Any ideas ???
