Import 3d meshes

Is it possible to import some 3d meshes at MUA ? I find this mesh and I think it could be used to a Rahne Sinclair or a werewolf by night mod.  http://www.3dxtras.com/3dxtras-free-3d-models-details.asp?prodid=9699
