DAREDEVIL micro-booster:
- Changes DD's class to bruiser_light, reducing his Strike so he's no longer on par with The Thing.
- changes his base power to a bouncing baton projectile much like cap's shield, and closer to DD's style than a massive baton smash.

WOLVERINE BOOSTER

Another small booster, this time for everyone's favorite psycho.

- Removed Rage.
- removed claw slash and claw frenzy, as they are too similar to his basic attacks.
- new power: feral senses (detects enemies and increases team DMG).
- changed Taunt to intimidate, rather than attract enemies. It now slows the targets in addition to weakening them.
- changed his height to be a short guy like in the comics.
- Removed might and redundant stuff from herostat.

WONDER WOMAN REDUCER

To use with Outsider's mod (get it here).

- Removes the star sapphire alternate ID and associated coding (packages numbered higher than 7505 are no longer needed).
- Replaces power 2 with an additional, earlier use of Lasso of Truth (pull/ trip).
- Changes the names of some powers to better fit the canon.
- Changes her herostat and adds the critical strike talent to reflect Diana's combat training.

To use with Outsider's mod (get it here).

- Changes all TK powers to telepathic, and changes the names of some powers to better fit the canon.
- The AI can no longer use the phasing attack power, as it sometimes caused a bizarre bug where martian manhunter would remain phased out until the AI used the power again.
- Changes the invisibility effect to let the player know where the character is.
- Removes most alternate identities and their associated talents, leaving only one shapeshifting power with the form of Dr Doom (to convert enemies to the player's side).
- Gives him the no_grab/ untouchable talent to reflect his shapeshifting abilities.
- Changes his herostat and gives him the bruiser_light class to put him more in line with other heroes.

MIGHTY PUSH
push/pull QoL improvement

With this mod, characters with Might will push/pull stuff twice as fast. 'nuff said.

  MISTER FANTASTIC BOOSTER

- works as a reducer, removing pinball and drastic elastic
- adds a new power - neutralizer ray (stuns and repels enemies)
- adds a new boost - ultimate gadget (increases team's skill dots)
- herostat adds no_grab/ untouchable ability, reflecting mr F's plastic form

240 triggers total

BUGS
Sometimes, if the character chains to another animation while using the neutralizer ray, the bolton will stay glued to the hand - to solve it, simply use the power again.

AQUAMAN BOOSTER

Another booster I made for my personal use, now sharing it
This mod removes all hydrokinesis powers from Aquaman, and changes the names of most other powers, referencing pre-new 52 canon

- New power: Warrior King - radial melee trident attack, lots of damage and kb.
- New Xtreme: Telepathic Tsunami - massive radial mental damage + stun.
- Herostat changes
- Compatible with Outsider's swimming boost

DOCTOR MANHATTAN MOD

UPDATE:
- Added variant custom outfits from his earlier years, as depicted in the graphic novel
- Made him a bit taller so he looks less scrawny


I'm proud to present my first full character mod:
Doctor Jon Osterman - the supreme being himself, Doctor Manhattan!
OP (as expected) but not game-breaking (I expect).

POWERSET
1) Manhattan Transfer - Teleport + radial damage, also activated instead of dodge-roll
2) Awesome Mass - Giant size + ground slam
3) Atomic Ray - Continual energy beam
4) Disintegration - makes most enemies explode in one hit
5) Duplicate - Creates an identical minion
Boost) Timeless Perception - slow time + show enemies on map
Boost) Cancer Scare - Becomes radioactive, gaining a damaging aura
Xtreme) LEAVE ME ALONE - Makes nearby enemies disappear outright

PASSIVES
Intrinsic Field - immune to grab/ stun/ throw, resist most damage, reform after death unless he's playing solo
Molecular mastery - Boost all Resistances
Watchmaker - Increase max energy
Timeless Precision - Increase crit chance

Basic outfit has no defense bonus, to compensate for extra passives.

Under 140 trigger count
Mod #252 - Clashes with Ant-Man, Rictor, Hornet and Stella Unibell.

NEEDS
A proper mannequin (currently using skin_01 on T-pose)
A proper soundset (currently using silver surfer's voice files)
Adjust the attack origin position for power3 (can't seem to find the perfect spot)

And here is everyone's favorite fascist psycho - Walter Kovacs, AKA Rorschach.

4) spontaneous combustion - molotov cocktail that spawns a fire trap
5) dog carcass in alley this morning - the well-known skull-splitter, blade damage, bleed, chargeable

Debuff) Who killed Edward Blake? - intimidates and debuffs enemies
Xtreme) YOU'RE LOCKED IN HERE WITH ME - No damage, but causes all enemies to flee and increases party damage.

NITE-OWL mod

I'm halfway into my Watchmen mods, and we turn now to Nite-Owl, which is the most fun I've had since I started modding - as it's my first serious foray into effect edition.

POWERSET
1) Extreme Violence - melee radial + charge, for dealing with big groups of enemies
2) We Fix' Em! - The Hollis Mason punch (chargeable)
3) Grappling Gun - Trip and reel enemies
4) Screechers - use the Owlship's subsonic screechers to stun enemies
5) Archie's blitz - Call down a lightning storm from the Owlship
Boost) Infrared goggles - detect enemies, crit bonus for the whole team
Boost) A brother to dragons - Cover the area in fog, granting the team a dodge bonus and slowing enemies down
Xtreme) Owlship airstrike - Call down the Owlship's missile battery

THE COMEDIAN

After Laurie I kinda made her father - the series' bad guy/ protagonist/ victim; the Comedian!

I say i KINDA made him because, since their powersets are so similar, this mod is basically a reskin/reducer for Outsider's Punisher Mod, with just enough variation to qualify as an echo champion.

POWERSET
1) Dual Guns (beam) - fire from both pistols as long as button is held
2) Riot Tactics (debuff + projectile) - Frighten targets and shoot them in the back
3) Scorched Earth (beam) - Flamethrower, Vietnam-style
4) Burst Out Laughing (radial) - Grenade volley
5) Just Don't Ask Me Where I Was (projectile) - sniper shot, like the one he totally did NOT make at Dallas
6) See The Funny Side (debuff) - Flash grenade that stuns enemies
7) Government Issue (boost) - Reduce damage taken and energy costs
Xtreme) The Punchline - Call down a government-sanctioned airstrike

OUTFITS
Classic - Custom skin trying to approximate the comic outfit
Government Operative - Same as above, but different
Peacemaker - Literally the Peacemaker skin from Ceamonk's mod

Booster: MARVEL CONAN

This booster is mostly aesthetic, intended to make conan look and feel less like Arnold and more like the Marvel character.

REQUIRES Outsider's Conan mod to work (get it here: https://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic=8753.msg185420#msg185420 )

- Changed skins, removing Arnold and adding variant outfits. Changed the sword.
- Changed the talent/ power names/ descriptions to match the lore of Marvel Conan.
- Removed axe attacks; he now uses a sword for everything, and does not sheathe it as often.
- Changed the Herostat to fit the new skins and reduce his starting strength (it will be high anyway, since he's a bruiser, but it will no longer be as high as Thor).

There's an optional voicepack (in the xtras folder) from Ceamonk's Shroud mod, which sounds both tougher and smarter than Arnold. Didn't make it the mod's standard voice because it might not suit everyone's taste. The xtras folder also includes a variant herostat that uses the corresponding voice.

Providing the silent capstone (as he would say) to my Watchmen Collection, here is Adrian Veidt, the baddie/ goodie of the tale, the World's Smartest Man, and the most terrifying villain Alan Moore could conjure up - a handsome, vegan millionaire.

PASSIVES - Acrobatics/ triple jump

2) Non-violent measures (melee) - A very violent stunning combo
