A.I. Disclaimer: I have limited coding experience, but love-it-or-hate-it Artificial Intelligence has allowed me to restore many old games, add multiplayer where none previously existed, and create various other useful advancements/utilities over the last several years to restore and improve many different titles that I love and grew up with. I have recently been working on several mods for MUA1 to hopefully expand the reach and potential of talented coders/artists/modders to do what they do best, and by no means seek to replace them. Many of these tools/mods required decades of knowledge from the testing and coding of dedicated modders on this website to achieve.

Updated 11/02/2026 to CAPE 2.0 | added H.E.R.O (Herostat Expansion & Resource Overhaul)

Updated 11/04/2026 to CAPE 2.5 | Vastly Increased Metrics across the board, greatly expanded number different values increased from Boltons and other elements that caused errors. Should allow for nearly any hero combination with limited to no issue and up to 50-60 characters on screen at once during play with no quality/stability loss.

C.A.P.E. raises several of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance's built-in limits, giving the game more room to handle demanding character teams and larger enemy groups.

How it works
The included loader applies checked changes in memory for dozens of different base game limitations when it launches (booting up immediately similar to how ReShade loads). It enlarges the storage areas and updates the game to use them, without permanently modifying Game.exe. Install and enable it through Mod Organizer 2 for the most direct approach. Still working on direct installation approach, but others have installed it that way with success.

Testing so far
Worked with 80 Captain America's in selection screen, selecting four to fight 60 enemies at once in the first area in the room up the ramp with no loss of shield boltons, abilities, attacks, throws, etc.

Also completed one hour of standard gameplay after that point with no crash or noticeable bugs.

[80 CHARACTER SELECTION HAS NOT BEEN WORKED IN YET; THIS IS A DEMONSTRATION OF STABILITY OF BOLTONS AND HITTING HIGHER NUMBERS WITHOUT CRASHING

Updated 11/02/2026 to SUIT 0.2.2

Updated 11/04/2026 to SUIT 0.3

SUIT adds a Modded Options menu to Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, with controller, camera and HUD settings you can change in-game.

Current features
• Eight controller power slots: Hold R2/RT for your usual four powers, then add L2/LT to access four more in the same layout. Release L2/LT to switch back. L2/LT alone still calls allies.

• Farther Zoom: Increases the maximum camera distance by 50%, using the normal zoom controls.

• Tilted Zoom: Gradually tilts the camera upward as you zoom in, giving a different viewing angle.

• Compact HUD: Shrinks most HUD elements to reduce screen clutter.

• Reduce Lighting Glare (Requires Advanced Lighting enabled): Reduces the glow/haze effect of advanced lighting.

How to use it
Install and enable SUIT in MO2. Its included loader handles startup automatically, and CAPE is optional.

Open Options → Modded Options → Gameplay, choose your settings and select Apply. Changing these settings does not require a restart.

To equip the second power bank, select a learned power on the Powers screen, hold L2/LT first, add R2/RT, then press a face button while Powers [2] is displayed. Assignments are saved per character.

Controller power banks are on by default. Camera and HUD tweaks default to off.

8 ABILITIES FOR CONTROLLER RT+LT/R2+L2

NEW MENU OPTION

NEW CAMERA ZOOM OUT DISTANCE INCREASE AND ANGLED-UP CLOSE ZOOM

REDUCED ADVANCED LIGHTING GLOW/HAZE

Xtra Enemies

Xtra Enemies (Light)

Xtra Enemies Give Full XP [addon]
(both Xtra Enemies mods have xp are balanced to level in step with base game, this removes that function as an addon and you will level much faster from the extra kills)

C.A.P.E. HEAVILY recommended due to strain on limits with increased enemy count

Xtra Enemies increases the spawns of NORMAL non elite/boss mobs throughout the game. Choose only one of either Xtra Enemies or Xtra Enemies (light), combining the two would be problematic. The base versions of Xtra Enemies (3x spawns) and Xtra Enemies Light (2x spawns) are balanced in such a way that they will give you, at most, 10-20% extra xp compared to standard, helping reduce the over-leveling that occurs when killing so many additional mobs. If you want straight Double or Triple the xp, there is an optional addon above that you can download to remove the standard mob xp reduction balance I put in place. Whatever you find most fun, you have the choice.

-Allows for attacks in the air, created by uValley; bugfixed for Atlantis level, and nearly dozen heroes that had conflicts like web swingers, etc. C.A.P.E. recommended

Updated CAPE to 2.5, SUIT to 0.3,

Added Xtra Enemies and Xtra Enemies (light) - x3 and x2 enemies respectively; as well as an xp modification remover addon.

Added a much more stable version of uValley's Jump Attacks that works in tandem with CAPE to not override other abilities, and corrects some other issues with certain stages and unique character jump conflicts.
