Well, these are just skins, not mods. By that I mean that skins are for swapping or the 5th or 6th slot. Did you swap, or add? Adding requires herostat, so perhaps a new game so it all works correctly.

i swapped and started a new game
i also plan on reinstalling the green goblin files later today.

i re installed the green gob files and he worked. no clue. there is still the first problem i mentioned.

Arachne II is awesome great job, Ultimate was cool too (the bonus one is great btw)
