Here's the topic about Marvel Mugen projects that I promised. 4 the people that don't know it Mugen is a freeware program that let to create your 2D fighting game dowloading (and/or making with the right tools) the various parts like characters, background, lifebars etc... there are many project about Marvel heroes in MvsC style here's a list of them:

That's one of the most famous and with the biggest number of new characters released. Off course there are Dc heroes too (like Superman and WonderWoman that are already downloadable)the marvel characters actually released are: Captain america, Carnage, Crystal, Dr Doom, Spiderman, Spiderman2099, Strong Guy and Thor. Many others, like Black Cat and Sandman are planned.

In this board is possible see the peolple of many projects, there are a sprite ripping session and the ProjectX board a project all devoted to the X-men.

This is one of the most ambicious project of the Net with tons of new chars like scorpion, Hawkeye and Ultron(!) it don't have an official site actaully but is made by Mugenesis team, the link is 4 their forum.

A new project also thinked as an unofficial sequel of MvsC 2. some of the chars in progress are Green Goblin, Hulk2099, Red skull and Genis-vell.

Founded by friend of mine this project is inspired by the first Secret Wars of superheroes. Here's are in progress Black Suited Spiderman, Doctor Octopus, Wolverine brown suit and many others.

One of the 2 projects that I'm working on. The first version of the game will be based on the crossover "the Fall of the Hammer" characters actually in progress are Spiderman2099, Hulk2099, Doom2099 (by me ;D) and Bloodhawk form X-men2099.

This is the project that I consider more "mine" (I founded it togheter a friend). The story is about a "time crisis" that cause the encounter between the New Avengers (pre-CivilWar) and the classic team so are planned ALL the new Avengers with their actual appearence and many of the classic team like Ms Marvel and Vision. And also we'll have a new team of Master of Evils!

ps. Don't be surprised to see materials shared in this sites, the community is quite friendly and if you want to use a character 4 your project normally you just have to ask it.

you can find all the necessary on streemugen and DcvsMarvel. The newstes version is Winmugen (the one made 4 XP). There are all the instructions to assemble a game.

i tried the mugen but my graphics look like garbage... do i need to lower my res before I play or something like that?

What's the problem exactly? Too small screen? Simply press ALT + ENTER to active the full screen, if you have problem in the fullscreen mode do this:

1 - Go in the Data folder and open the Mugen windows configurations file.

2 - Find the Video Win lines

3 - Set the video configuration as wrote. Setting the 640x480 you'll obtain in fullscreen mode a quite bigger game window with a black board. That could be the optimal configuration.

heh i got into Mugen around 2000 and stopped following it after enjoying a few years playing the 2 vs 2 battles. It started to die and the original company, Elecbyte or something, got shut down. I'm glad it's picked back up!

Is there any complete KOF mugen set?

If you had actually read the first post of the topic, this question was already answered.  If you have any more questions beyond that (I didn't know what it was, but after reading Alienmorph's post, I do now... so I don't know how you don't get it), Google FTW.

Excuse me, i think i got the awnser, how do i gonna make the Marvel Characters
power effects from Marvel Vs Capcom 2 into Capcom Vs Snk 2 effects, liked Thor,
his final moves after calling Gods Of Asgard, Beta Ray Bill & him lift the
opponent, his wind effect just Haohmaru from SNK Samurai Showdown, except the
color, they're different.
