if i copied all of my files from mua onto a disk or put it on the internet wouldnt it be playable? i mean that doesnt make sense b/c then every1 would hav it for free. So i guess my question is why arent we able to?

No, it also installs stuff to the registry.  So it won't work unless you do a real install.
