Custom Skin's Passives and Simulator Rewards Editions

Since I hate feeling worthless, and I want to help the modders, I will do custom skin's passives(I'm just starting so for now only slight modifications of existing ones) and modifications on sim missions rewards(still doing some tests so please dont request it now). I know it's not much but since I'm not good with the graphical part like skins huds I'm gonna give a try at simple things like these small mods.
