Now that I think of it, it looks like Ultron, but I doubt, that he would be it. Maybe someone, who no one think of, or what.

I just watched the "Ultimate Fusion" Trailer and look what I found:

Could this be the secret character in the corner or am I just too dumb to recognize it?

I can't recognize it, but it could be a normal enemy or NPC, so I don't know. Maybe is always there.

He's in the character selection screen. So he is playable.

As far as I could recognize them, the other characters shown on this screen were all playable chars like Venom, Songbird, Spider-Man and Deadpool.

Wait, you mean that something was the last super-secret character? Man, I don't know what to think, because I don't have a clue about it.

It's possible, but it doesn't look like the black silhouette.

He reminds me of Iron Fist, but it's not him. And he seems to hold a gun or something.

Well, it can't be Punisher, cause I don't see a skull on his clothes. BTW, for me, it looks like a normal hero, with blue suit and white gloves. Oh, and half of his head is disguised as well. It's like an Astonishing Cyclops, with wrong colours.
