patch needed to fix bug

Does anyone else have trouble getting the game to load up with a Saitek P2500 Rumble Force pad?  The game plays fine for me with the controller unplugged but if I plug in the controller during the game it crashes back to windows and if I try to load up the game with it plugged in then the screen just flashes a few times and stops loading.

How about starting the game first then plug it in after?

I tried that and it just crashed the game and put me back into windows.

You can always use the Logitech controllers, since they work for every game and require no software installation.  They are only $20 something too, which is pretty cheap.  Logitech > all.

If you are insistent on using that one you have, contact the company tech support.  Maybe you need a new driver.
