Running On Empty!

Hey peeps!  I've got a code block that monitors the players health and I'm going to set a custom affect for each range of the health meter, eg: A fatigue affect, whereas the players speed increases/decreases as the health does!  But that is only an example, I won't use that, it's boring...

I need ideas peeps, I'm "Running On Empty" here???  Any idea will do, no matter how far fetched...  Only thing is, it has to coincide with the health meter value, as the fatigue idea does (up/down)!
