Alternate Mods - Neeboo Nine (Inhumans / HeavyFeet)

Some of these started out as not much more than skin swaps using existing mods/boosters and eventually evolved over time after periodically going back and tweaking things.  Thanks to authors of original mods upon which they are based for permissions and/or answering technical questions.

BLACK BOLT
Variation of sbarth13's original mod. Some different animations, added sounds, changed talent file and power descriptions.

TRITON
Variation of Blizz's Quicksilver mod.  Uses Quicksilver's numbers so back up files if necessary.  Modified talent files and power descriptions, also some minor changes to sounds and effects.  Though I think he's supposed to be strong and relatively fast (especially in water) the speed thing might be kind of a stretch for the character's powerset.. but it suits my purposes fine so I went with that.  Needs alternate skins.

HEAVY FEET


Unique heavy footstep sounds added for the listed characters.  Uses Outsider's coding from his Juggernaut booster, a variation of which is included here.  Adds miscellaneous sounds and other tweaks.

HULK:
Booster for OCM/Dark Mark's green hulk.  Other than footsteps and associated effects, contains minor revisions to effects and sounds, different talent file and power descriptions.

JUGGERNAUT:
