Okay i tried the Demo on PS4. No Training, neither Vs nor Online Modes, just Story Mode + DP motions are mostly c (2x) motions, except Ryu. This ain't Akatsuki Blitzkampf. Urgent disappointment :<

So far I am honestly very unimpressed by this game. Marvel vs Capcom 3 didn't have much of a story but in my opinion every other aspect of the game was amazing. The character roster was new, unique, a bit familiar and fun.

Infinite seems like a bad knockoff. The models don't look nearly as good as they did in 3, the voice acting is not doing it for me. I think they all sound bored or just out of it. And the controls don't seem like what you would expect from a MVC game.

Then there is the roster, which in my opinion is terrible. It's no question that it is the Marvel Cinematic Universe vs Capcom, and even then most of the characters are either expected, or typical. There aren't very many new faces, and the ones that are new I am not all that excited for. There aren't enough female characters in my opinion either, it seems unbalanced. And I am one of the people upset that there are no X-Men. without the X-Men these games wouldn't even exist. So all in all I am not too excited for this game, maybe my opinion will change and I hope it does.

I can't help but find it particularly stupid that they promised Marvel's roster choices wouldn't be restricted to characters shown in the MCU, and literally every character on their side so far is from there.

You're right. The Marvel char rosters should not be restricted to add those who appeared in MCU, means won't be related to movie right issues since previous announcement of early months this year.

To me, seems Wolvie, Deadpool & Doom are the only Fox movie owned Marvel characters to appear in this game for some reasons:
* Wolvie: Being the face of MvC series since Childrens of the Atoms. X-Men is the one found Capcom's Mahvel fighting game in the first place. Him appear unexpectedly as Wolvenom (his DLC costume) on Story Trailer 3 involving Mind Stone will received from fans a positive reviews
* Deadpool: Not only Spidey/Deadpool #20, also his Fox's duology films & his increasing popularity since his video game appearance in X-Men Legends II, his hilarious VAs & a seiyu (Za Warudo/The World), then even joining the Avengers. Him appeared in Mind Stone Story Trailer will also led the game's positive fan reviews for him representing X-Men's involvement
* Dr. Doom: Being an universal adversary of Iron Man (commonly, but also w/ Avengers) as well other than F4 + way more popular than titular four heroes themselves (though Thing, Johhny Storm (2nd Human Torch), Surfer, Galactus & Kl'rt (original Super Skrull) are also universal))

Wow, that guy sounds like a serious loser. I mean, I get how some things could be frustrating, but the whole thing about all but absolutely destroying any of the characters or stories Marvel didn't own the film rights to seems awfully petty and childish to me.

Well, at least there's Spider-Man, even if it's still entirely MCU thus far... I'm not really sure how to feel about this game. I might give it a shot eventually, but I think I'll wait for a complete edition with all the DLC to see how it is, or maybe if it looks a lot better in the time leading up to it's release I might change my mind.

Looks like some leaker or Capcom officials was right. This game will be a major disappointment soon, mostly for having no single X-Men in initial roster (mostly Wolverine), even Eddie Brock, Wesker & playable MODOK
