Photobucket just ended free 3rd party hosting for images now, so I'll have to migrate all my images to a another image-hosting site (probably imgur or something). Sorry for the inconvenience!
UPDATE: Still haven't gotten around to migrating all my images, but I found a fix available for Chrome and Firefox. It's called Photobucket Hotlink Fix and it will allow you to see the images that were intended rather than looking at a bunch of ugly photos while holding my photos for a $400 ransom!

- Acidic Secretion: Shoots forth a gaseous mixture of acid and poison that damages enemies over time.
- Chris Bradley Alt effects: Instead of making a 5th power, Chris Bradley has electric effects for Plasma Blaster and Acidic Secretion powers. (See screenshot above)
- Absorption: Absorbs a percentage of Energy Damage as Health Gain and boosts Physical Resistance (boost)
- Vibranium Stealth: Maverick uses his Vibranium armor to heal and become undetectable for a short period of time. (boost)
- Kinetic Chaos: Releases a large arc of kinetic energy that will damage all enemies on the screen and stun them. If the enemy is already stunned, then the arc will critically hit for 50% of their life. (Xtreme)

Bugs- Unable to hex edit Vibranium Armor Skin (10206.igb) for Arcade Androids. Base model, Crimson Dynamo shows up.
- M4 power's sounds (machine gun) seem to stop after a few seconds.
- Had a sound for when Christoph Nord (10202.igb) switches to the Vibranium Armor skin while in block, but the sound would repeat every time he was hit, so I removed it. If I figure this out it will be in the next update.

- Nova Force: As a member of the Nova Corps, the man called Nova gains superhuman durability and stamina. (boost)

Here is a re-rigged version of Galactus. One that is above ground. To use, just rename and replace this skin w/ any desired character in your MUA game. He is about the same size as a normal character but can be scaled up in the herostat. Further instructions on how to install, scale up and use existing HUD is in the READ_ME section located inside the d/l.
I don't really think a Galactus MOD is very practical, so I decided to release this as just a skin, so other folks can use, skin or use for a spawn entity booster or something. It's not perfect, there are a few white spots in his right hand and feet (soles) and his hands are pretty mangled b/c I haven't really figured out how to get the hands to look right in 3dsMax. If anyone wants to try and fix, I'll gladly upload the 3ds file. Or maybe I'll have an update in the future...who knows?
Texture is in DXT1 format and his ears/horns/(whatever those things on the side of his head are) are hideable skin segments called: gal_head_segment.

Known Bugs- For Deathlok's Plasma Blast, he fires his plasma pistol w/ his left hand. In the comics, Deathlok is only able to use his right hand to operate his plasma pistol. There are no known animations in MUA that will put the pistol in Dlok's right hand.
- Deathlok's "mainframe breach" was originaly suposed to only affect robots, couldn't make that happen.
- If you are using a gamepad, after Xtreme is exectuted, power icons do not appear for other characters until after the next loadpoint (loadscreen). However, this doesn't happen on every stage. Hellicarrier and Omega are the only stages, that I've found w/ this issue. Although, I haven't checked them all. Problem does NOT seem to exist when using keyboard.
- Be sure, when executing the Xtreme, that Deathlok is NOT the only member on your team. Game freeze or ctd will ensue

Can't say I was disappointed when I didn't find him, since there were so many other mods here to choose from. I tried my hand at skinning by making use of the Ultimo model. I never really was satisfied w/ it b/c Deathlok has the trademark half cyborg/zombie face. I had to get more experience w/ skinning and other mods if I was going to re-create that.
With the help of all you folks here at marvelmods, I've been able to learn a lot as I go. My goal was to release 4 mods before the year was up, and even though only 3/4 of them are completely mine (Nova was started by Gevth), I feel my goal was met.
I plan to release another 4 next year, if not more.

That is quite incredible Harpua how within a year you could go from looking for a Mod to having created 4 of your own! Not only impressed by you quantity but the quality of your work! Deathlok looks particularly unique and fun to play. Have you been working on him constantly throughout the year or mostly after you finished your last mod?

Thanks lionsden. No. I pretty much put him on the back-burner until I finished other mods I thought would be easier to do.

I'm not able to use heroselect on this computer but you can try this.
I'm assuming you entered Tigra's name and herostat in the herostat.cfg file, located inside the heroselect folder.
Instead of using a lower case "t" for Tigra, try using an Upper Case "T".
Changing "tigra" to "Tigra" in the herostat.cfg.

Here is a playable Cable-Pool skin from Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. This skin is best used on Cable. I wanted to make this an alternate for Deadpool, but if used on Deadpool, his swords will not show up while performing his powers. For instructions on installation, please see READ_ME file located inside the download. If you would like to hide some of Cable's skin_segments, see the instructions.txt located inside the CableV1.2 Mod. There is a separate skin_segment called: "sword_back_segments", but I haven't been able to successfully hide them yet. Also, there are some parts of his mesh on the floor at his feet. I could not figure out what this is coming from. Perhaps I'll fix this in an update if I figure out what it is.

Not sure where we stand on galactus being a playable character, my understanding is that right now it's not pratical because he is rigged below the floor. In reading npcstat 5 million times to create custome arenas i noticed someone with opposite problem, modok.
When I add an entity to the custom maps i have to tell it how "high" to put it, for example, if i want to put the arena statue in stark tower on the same stand that nick fury is on, i have to change pos and orientation. Well, in herostat there is no setting like this, but, there is a line in npcstat, and i don't see a reason why same command wouldn't work for herostat.

this is not to be confused with scale, but if we move scale down to normal, or to what hulk and colosus are, then i bet it would work. Just might have to change the numbers to fit galactus.

I re-rigged and released a playable skin of Galactus a couple of months ago. Using the scale_factor in whatever character his skin is replacing can scale him to any size the user chooses. Just didn't think it was practical to make a mod for him, but anybody is welcome to use his skin if they would like to make a mod for him.

It might be a typo. Gevth started the mod and a lot of the effects were already included in the beta version, before I finished it. I am seeing a p2_power2 and p2_power3 located in the original files as well as my files for the completed mod. Maybe it was meant to refer to one of those.

ABOUT
This mod was rather challenging for me. When I managed to obtain the original rip for UMvC3's Rocket Raccoon (classic skin), I had to do some mesh editing to his legs to make a regular MUA biped fit inside the mesh. If I didn't, and made a small model, Raccoon would be floating above ground. I tried to compensate for this by scaling him down in his herostat to 0.7. Some may wish that he was smaller, but scaling him down more would affect his speed. (which I also accounted for in his powerstyle). If you choose to re-size, be sure to edit the powerstyle entry for his speed (near the top) as well. All other skins, w/ the exception of the Ultimate skin, were basically re-textures of that classic skin. The ultimate skin is a mash-up of the original model, toad (kneepads), Thor (forearms) and Ultron (shoulders/hands). I sort of used the soundset as a template for the powers. This mod is based on the UMvC3 version of this character, but not a direct port. There's only so much you can do w/ the tools provided.

Powers/Abilities:- Tailspin:Raccoon spins around and thrashes foes with his deadly raccoon tail, damaging nearby enemies.
- Laser Pistol: Fires a laser causing ENERGY DAMAGE to enemies hit. +50% chance of critical hit if the enemy is stunned when hit by the attack.
- Rabid Attack: Tackle an enemy and claw them multiple times with an additional chance of doing BLEED DAMAGE.
- Plasma Cannon: Shoots a continuous stream of plasma, doing ENERGY DAMAGE.
- Oil Bomb: Raccoon throws a balloon filled with oil that sets the ground on fire, burning enemies that come in range.
- Tunnel Rat: Ability to burrow underground within a given range.Damages enemies at the destination following the end of the burrow. (boost)
- Traps: Throws out a random trap. The amount of traps Raccoon throws out will increase as he levels up.. (boost)
- Napalm Assault: Throw multiple Napalm canisters into the air, then blast them with laser pistol, raining destruction down on all nearby foes. Causes Knockback. (Xtreme)

Known Bugs- Raccoon's right hand disappears in his "Plasma Cannon" power due to the model (he's fat) and the animation. This is hardly even noticeable during gameplay, unless you're using Gevth's 3rd Person Camera Mod.
- Raccoon's tail is stiff as a board b/c 3 skeletons were already being utilized. I could've probably detached the tail, used it as a bolton, and used a tail animation (Lizard's) for said bolton, similar to how we use a cape animation for Magneto's cape, but never got around to doing so. This may be fixed in a future update.

Yes if you are using DXT3 BGR, you'd just have to flip the RGB channels. Same applies to slapping em on a model in 3ds max.

Holly Hornets Batman! (Or should it in this case be Rabid Racoons Robin!) This Mod may be one of the coolest things I've ever seen on here! While Watching the video I could literally hear in my mind RR going "Log Trap, Boulder trap, Net Trap" over and over just as he can spam in UMVC3! This isn't my best effort. Had some issues w/ the cape and didn't have many sounds to choose from. I'm not 100% sure of some of the power names regarding the cape, since I've heard different thing from different sources. Instead I just named them after the "Karmic Staff". - Soul Beam: Adam shoots a powerful blast from his Soul Gem.
- Soul Suck: A radial blast of energy from the Soul Gem that can efficiently steal parts of the victim's soul, thereby replinishing Adam and his allies' health.
- Soul Armor: Adam is shrouded by a protective shield emanated by the soul gem. Shield has a chance to deflect projectiles. (boost)
- Magus: Adam changes into his future self, Magus.Magus is much stronger, enabling him to lift heavy objects, cause more Melee $DMG and increase Defense. (boost)

- Galactic Wormhole: Adam is able to open up a wormhole through time and space, containing energy from an unknown part of the universe that catapults enemies to their death. (Xtreme)

UPDATE: Changed powers, skins, HUDs, and menu animations. Herostat has changed.FEATURES:
-5 powers, 4 boosts, and an Xtreme. Ability of might and flight.
-12 hex-edited skins, 17 HUDs, 3 loading screens, icons, 3 mannequins, and sound/voice file.
-Features music from the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack (both vol. 1 & 2, and the video game). 18 tracks total!
-Uses assigned number #93.
MOVESET:
1. Crossfire: Star-Lord uses his Element Guns to use Fire element and shoot burning plasma blasts.
2. Winds of Meredith: Uses the Air element of his Element Gun to levitate and throw enemies or objects.
3. Element Gun: Quill fires an Ice element beam at enemies from his Element Gun that will freeze and weaken enemies.
4. Triple Play: Unleases a 3-hit combo melee attack, ending with a radial blast of Earth element.
5. Outer Limits: Throws an alien grenade that sucks nearby enemies in and holds them before exploding with electricity.
6. (Boost) Awesome Mix Vol. 1: Quill puts on his old cassette player, and listens to music. Team gains attack damage & speed, and energy regen.*
7. (Boost) Awesome Mix Vol. 2: Quill puts on his old cassette player, and listens to music. Team gains attack damage & speed, and energy regen.*
8. (Boost) Awesome Mix Vol. 3: Quill puts on his old cassette player, and listens to music. Team gains attack damage & speed, and energy regen.*
9. (Boost) Energy Shield: Ship creates a force field that protects Quill, taking less damage, and gaining immunity from energy damage.
10. (Xtreme) Starship Milano: Star-Lord beams up to his ship and fires highly concentrated beams at all enemies, destroying them.

Press Heavy Punch while blocking to put Quill's helmet on, and press Grab while blocking to take it back off.

I appreciate the kind words, and it's good to hear that everyone's enjoying Peter Qui.... I mean, "Star-Lord." I always thought the GotG were an awesome team and I very much enjoyed the movie, so it's cool to see a lot of them and their villains come to MUA. If I recall, sbarth13 was working on Starhawk, and Fox's Moondragon is still pending, so more could be on the way.
Personally, I think it'll be awesome if I hear "Come And Get Your Love" while Quill is battling skrulls at the cityscape. :fro:

On a side note, I'm not sure if it counts as a bug or not, but his flight animation doesn't seem to work for me. Ive started a new game. I've even tried uninstalling him, then adding him to a fresh install.
When I try to make him fly, his animation sticks as the weird falling animation. His boot thrusters seem to work though. If the falling animation simply looped, It would probably look pretty awesome / humorous. As is, he plays the Animation in its duration once, then locks into its last frame.
Is that how he's supposed to be? Is there something Im doing wrong, or is there anything I myself can do to fix it?

Star-Lord is among your favorite mods. On the flying problem, you're not doing anything wrong -- he is stuck in the falling anim, as his current anims do not have a flying animation. But, the good news is... it can be fixed. I am nearly done with my current mod project, so I will look into this.

This is a feedback that I booked for a long time too, but I solve this problem with a simple punch when it is flying. After this he takes the correct animation flight. If this can be corrected, this mod, that is already fantastic, will be excellent.

I noticed that Star-Lord uses the default fightstyle. This means that I can add a third animation set that (with hex-editing) would
only include a flying animation, which would solve the problem. I just have to think of which male character I should take it from that would fit Quill -- :stark: Iron Man's flying anim seems closest.

Still haven't gotten around to migrating all my images, but I found a fix available for Chrome and Firefox. It's called Photobucket Hotlink Fix and it will allow you to see the images that were intended rather than looking at a bunch of ugly photos while holding my photos for a $400 ransom!

See, this is just one of many reasons why I never liked Photobucket. I just put my images on Mediafire. Doesn't work for animated GIFs, but at least it's free.

Thank you very much for the Rocket Raccoon mod! I'd been really (really) missing Marvel Heroes - I played Rocket Raccoon almost exclusively on that, I'm kind of a Rocket superfan - and someone told me that he was available as a mod for this. So, tracked down a cheap copy of the original MUA1 on PC and (with admittedly some difficulty because I'm new to this) installed the mod. As our procyonid protagonist pal might say, it's flarkin' awesome! And, as I might say, it's Raccoonatic Approved!

Thanks. His voice files were ripped from MvC3. I have thought about updating his voice files, but not voice files from the MCU. Not that I don't like Bradley Cooper's take on it, but b/c there are some voice files baked into the powerstyle.engb (log trap, oil bomb, ect), and it'd sound weird if he changed his voice up during gameplay.
There are a few modders here on the site that do MH Voice conversions, however. Also, be sure to check out Julio Cabral and Andersonbrazil. They have a few updated skins for this mod (which are much better than mine!)

Yeah, there is a Marvel Heroes voice mod someone is working on. They haven't done Rocket Raccoon yet but have it planned - but were only planning to do the MCU/Nolan North voice currently, so I requested his default Marvel Heroes Mockney voice. We'll see, maybe eventually. I really do miss hearing those lines. But... UMvC3 Rocket voice isn't bad at all until that happens. :)
