Lol, at first glance i thought it was Duke Nukem. By the end Cable calls him Tyler, and checking marveldatabase.com i found this:

The last I knew Tyler was killed by Cable in Volume 2 of his book when Tyler showed in the present and with a scar where Cable shot him in the future. It was in the early issues of that book. Knowing Marvel, Tyler is not dead.
