If you mean making a New Goblin mod for Marvel Ultimate Alliance, maybe.  If you're talking for the Spiderman 3 game, then no.  If we knew how, we would have done it long ago.  The most that's ever been done are texture replacements.

Yeah, it is.  No offense, but if it was easy to do we would have done it a long time ago.  We have no idea where to even start.

If it wasn't hard, it would be done by now.  So obviously it's not easy at all.  Sorry to sound like a jerk, but none of us have the ability to crack the file formats in Spidey3.  Someone on Gamefaqs.com did and so we provided an actual forum so people could post skins.
