Improved Unlockables
This mod allows many vanilla and modded characters to be unlocked through story progression. It also restores many of the achievements from other versions of the game, including those originally tied to Xbox Achievements and PlayStation Trophies.

Important Notes
Before installing this mod, it is strongly recommended that you install the latest version of OCP along with either the 50 Roster Hack or 36 Roster Hack, as this mod includes support for characters from those projects.
This mod is not compatible with Outsider's EXG Mod.
This mod is not compatible with Realistic Story Regression.
For installation instructions, download the mod and read the MUST_READ.txt file.
If you want achievements to remain unlockable but prefer to have all characters available from the start, simply use the Unlock All Characters cheat code.

I just added both Punisher and Punisher 2099 character mods to the unlockables mod. Thanks for suggesting this. For future reference, the excel sheet is locked just so I can edit it and no one else.
