****This mod restores many unique conversations that were cut from XML2.
*All of these have audio except the following: Cyclops and Abyss, Bishop NPC, Mister Sinister's Computer Placeholder, Banshee Placeholder, Stryfe Placeholder, Apocalypse's part of the Magneto and Apocalypse conversation.
*I've fixed all issues with their files and fixed all punctuation and spelling errors with the subtitles.
*I've also included a fixed version of the conversation with Mikhail's Bodyguards.
***It contains the following:
Act 0:*Alternate Cyclops and Nightcrawler:
-This replaces Cyclops and Nightcrawler's dialogue when rescuing Professor Xavier at the start of the game with alternate lines.
*Cyclops and Mystique and Sabretooth:
-This mod also restores cut dialogue of Cyclops telling Mystique and Sabretooth to split up during the prologue/intro level after the door closes on them.
-By default, when the door closes on Mystique and Sabretooth, a generic line plays of whatever character you're controlling talking to them. I've restored a cut line of Cyclops telling them Mystique and Sabretooth to split up that replaces the generic line if Cyclops is on your team during the prologue/intro level, which he always is by default.
Act 1:*Cyclops NPC:
-This restores a cut Cyclops NPC in the Sanctuary hub during act 1.
-This NPC appears after you can enter Genosha.
*Beast and Storm:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Rogue and Magneto in the Sanctuary hub during act 1.
-This conversation is available as soon as you get to the Sanctuary hub for the first time at the start of act 1.
-It triggers if Storm is in your party when you talk to Beast.
*Rogue and Magneto:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Rogue and Magneto in the Sanctuary hub during act 1.
-This conversation is available during act 1 as soon as Magneto's NPC appears in the Sanctuary hub, which is after you can enter Genosha.
-It triggers if Rogue is in your party when you talk to Magneto.
*Beast over the radio in the Dead Zone Radio:
-This replaces Forge's conversation over the radio in the Dead Zone with a cut voiced version by Beast.
-It also replaces Forge's random audio that plays during certain parts of the Dead Zone where he warns you to avoid the targeting beam with voiced versions by Beast.
-Raven probably cut and replaced Beast's audio with Forge's because if you move onto Act 2, where Beast is kidnapped at the start, then go back to Act 1, Forge has replaced Beast in the hub, but Beast's random audio would still play during the Dead Zone maps.
*Bishop and Grizzly:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Bishop and Grizzly right before Grizzly's boss battle during act 1.
-It triggers if Cyclops is in your party when you meet Grizzly for the boss battle.
-This conversation provides additional character development and motivation for Grizzly, as well as providing an additional reason for why he left the X-Men.
-This conversation has an unused 5th dialogue option. Since XML2 has a limit of 4 per conversation, it was removed from the default version of this. I've removed one of the options, "Why are you with Apocalypse," because he already tells Bishop why this at the start of the conversation. I've restored the cut one, "Why are you in the Dead Zone" in it's place. It's voiced.
*Juggernaut and Blob:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Juggernaut and Blob during act 1.
-It triggers if Juggernaut is in your party when you meet Blob for the first time in the Genosha Seawall during act 1.
*Colossus and Blob:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Colossus and Blob during act 1.
-It triggers if Colossus is in your party after you save Blob and attempt to leave the Genosha Seawall map to go to the next map during act 1.
*Scarlet Witch and Varese (the Genosha blimp captain)
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Scarlet Witch and Varese in Genosha during act 1.
-It triggers if Scarlet Witch is in your party when you first meet Varese.
*Cyclops and Abyss:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Cyclops and Abyss right before Abyss's boss battle during act 1.
-It triggers if Cyclops is in your party when you enter the room Abyss is in.
Act 2:*Colossus and Mikhail:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Colossus and Mikhail right before Mikhail's boss battle during act 1.
-It triggers if Colossus is in your party when you enter the room Mikhail is in.
-This ties in with the briefing for this mission in which Colossus talks about his brother.
-The first line, which is spoken by Mikhail, has 2 different versions. They are the same written line but the line reading/performance by the actor is different. I've made the default 1 the version I felt was best and made the other version as an alternate.
Act 3:*Bishop NPC:
-This restores a cut Bishop NPC in the Weapon X hub during act 3.
-This NPC appears as soon as you get to the Weapon X hub for the first time at the start of act 3.
-Originally, this NPC was supposed to appear in the Sanctuary hub during act 1, but that hub can only support 1 more NPC and Cyclops's cut NPC is both voiced and fits there better, so I moved this one to the Weapon X hub.
*Mister Sinister's Computer Placeholder:
-There is an alternate unused placeholder conversation that breaks the fourth wall and has a very Deadpool sort of sense of humor, so I've restored it and made it a unique conversation for Deadpool.
-Because this conversation mentions Deadpool, I've changed that part to be written in first person.
*Juggernaut and Holocaust:
-This restores a cut conversation between Juggernaut and Holocaust before Holocaust's boss battle during act 3.
-It triggers if Juggernaut is in your party when Holocaust shows up during the boss battle.
Act 4:*Brain Trust Door Guard:
-This restores a voiced cut conversation with one of the guards that are guarding the door to the Brain Trust. It replaces a simple generic player character line about wanting to break down the door, which Raven appears to have used to replace the cut voiced guard conversation.
-Based upon how Raven numbered conversation audio lines, I've reconstructed the way the developers intended the conversation to play out. Because there was a missing generic unvoiced line for the playable character to say after the NPC's first line, I've written one.
-The enemy that's speaking in the conversation has no hud by default.
*Banshee Placeholder:
-This replaces the conversation when you find Banshee in the Sewers with an alternate unused placeholder conversation that's parodying the way Banshee speaks.
*Stryfe Placeholder:
-There is an alternate unused placeholder conversation with Stryfe that is a sort of parody of Stryfe and also features the player character making jokes about him. I have restored this and made it a unique conversation for Spider-Man since the writing fits his style of humor.
-One of the player's lines makes fun of Stryfe for using 2 made up words, but Stryfe doesn't use both of them. I have added the 1 he doesn't use in the spot that I felt made the most sense.
-Because I couldn't get the priority-based method MUA1 uses to allow the same NPC to have multiple unique conversations, installing this will disable Toad's unique conversation with Stryfe.
Act 5:*Magneto and Apocalypse:
-This restores a cut unique conversation between Magneto and Apocalypse before Apocalypse's boss battle at the end of the game.
-It triggers if Magneto is in your party when you enter the room Apocalypse is in.
-This conversation also confirms that either Raven didn't intend for Polaris to be Magneto's daughter in XML2 or that he didn't know she was.
-It also gives him some great character development and ties in with what Scarlet Witch says about her and Quicksilver trying to be positive influences on him.
Conversation Fixes:**Mikhail's Bodyguards:
-By default, the door to the room where Mikhail is on his warship is guarded by 3 enemies. The conversation calls them "Bodyguard1" "Bodyguard2" and "Bodyguard3." They also have no huds. I've replaced their names with the names of the enemies that are supposed to be speaking, which also gives them the huds of those enemies when they speak.
-By using this file, it also means you can delete the npcstat entries for "Bodyguard1" "Bodyguard2" and "Bodyguard3."
**I capitalized Hero Stash's name in its description in the Sanctuary and Weapon X hubs. The conversations that take place in those maps feature those fixes.
IMPORTANT NOTES:*Read these before seeking troubleshooting help:
-I don't know if there's a limit on unique conversations in XML2 or what it is if there is. Everything seems fine as far as I can tell, but if something doesn't work, that might be why.
-The map genosha5, Genosha Seawall, is where both the Blob conversations and the Scarlet Witch conversation take place. This map can only handle 1 more unique conversation. The files from these 3 unique conversations are not compatible with each other. Don't install all 3 of those together! You can only install 1 of these at a time!
-The act 1 hub map, Sanctuary, is where both the Storm and Beast conversation and the Rogue and Magneto conversations take place. This map can only handle 1 more unique conversation. The files from these 2 unique conversations are not compatible with each other so son't install them together. You can only install 1 of these at a time!
-After both the Storm and Beast conversation and the Rogue and Magneto conversation, the conversations end instead of going to Beast's/Magento's dialogue options. If you talk to them again after that, it's fine. I'm not sure why this happens. The only default unique conversation with an NPC in a hub map is Colossus and Kitty, which works very differently than this one does, so maybe they're supposed to work this way, but in any case, I was unable to fix that.
-In the unique conversation between Magneto and Apocalypse, only Magneto has audio because in the XML2 Prototype, only Magneto's half of the audio was there and not Apocalypse's audio.

-Capitalized Hero Stash's name in its description in the Sanctuary and Weapon X hubs. The conversations that take place in those maps feature those fixes.
-Merged my Alternate Intro Dialogue mod into this mod.
