Just use the unlock characters code. Its Left, Right, Right, Left, Up, Up, Up Esc (or start if using a gamepad) at the Change Character screen

Oh my bad, its actually Right, Left, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Esc (start on gamepad). Sorry about that

now I can play as dark phoenix and she won't be locked anymore.

i cant get any of the two saves to work,, need some more detailed help i think
