MarvelDatabase is by far the best.  Wikipedia has to many trolls who do random edits and screw up the entries.  Marvel's site is obviously the most accurate, but usually doesn't have much information.  MarvelDatabase is maintained by Marvel fans who make sure everythings accurate, plus give you more info that Marvel's site.

Comicvine usually has many pics for each character. They have a little game for Powers & Battle Rankings, too. haha
