I always remembered loving the X-Men series from the 90s, but am amazed how the Japanese version makes it look so much better. Here are some clips I found and figure I should share:

Oddly I don't remember most of the baddies here except for Apocolypes, Magneto, the Sentinals and Spiral. I love how the intro put in the whole tension between Wolverine, Jean, and Cyclops. I also find it funny that they chose to put Iceman in the intro eventhough he was like featured in only one episode in the series.
Also in Japan I believe they only have 1 larger commercial break, which allows them to have little intros and outros to endcap the period. Here are a few.

Agreed 100% Finally I'm not the only who sees that, I would wist if they where to make the cartoon kind of like DBZ/Salormoon/zodiac Knights. Even the art looks amazing.
Now that you say that that would be cool. Actually the scene in the second clip with Wolverine, Jean, and Cylops kind of reminded me of some intro/outro parts from Tenchi Muyo and Inuyasha.
