She can alter reality.
actually, wanda's powers have had numerous interpretations
at first her powers were to control probability, making unlikely things happen, such as guns backfiring. it also had a range, just about a 10 feet radius. it was also supposed to be solely a mutant power. she also had some training in magic by agatha harkness, which would make her a wizard as well.
then they changed it to channeling chaotic magic, which would be due to the fact that the immensely powerful demon and elder god ch'ton was (and still is) trapped inside mount wundagore, where wanda was born, and decided to turn her into a sort of avatar of his. her mutant power was supposed to be controling energy, probably magnetic like her father and half-sister, until he decided to mess with it.
then (contradicting several evidences) dr strange stated that there is no such thing as chaos magic. that magic is magic period. which actually result in her having unlimited magic wielding powers. she doesn't need spells or potions, she can just do what she wants cause she's not a wizard like dr. strange, she's a witch, a sorceress. most people say she controls reality. that's a simplification but not at all inaccurate, cause as beast stated "what is magic if not a way to alter reality?".
