Well is Jean Grey going to make a comeback in the
sisterhood arc in uncanny x-men or is it just the cover..

my guess just a cover, that whole storyline involves the Sisterhood and Madelyne Pryor so my guess the cover could just Madelyne and the fire has something to do with her part in the Inferno. I just think its another way for Marvel to tease the Jean Grey fans.
