So your problem is what I thought it was... I'd say read through the Murderworld thread, but to really help you save some time would be to download Dark_Mark's Magneto mod: http://www.box.net/shared/t68zln9rz8 and install it on top of everything else you had installed. This mod has got conversation files that will overwrite the ones you have now and should resolve your problems for now...
