Title: Costume problem
Post by: GreeN on April 16, 2009, 12:29PM
Hello again ! I've downloaded magneto and venom from here (http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=399.0), cool for now. But the final costumes (the last) X-men Legends (for magneto) and ultimate (original) for venom  i can engquip them but i cant see the upgrades, am i the only one ?

And now sorry for the off-topic, but i am wondering is there a way to change the skin ? I like the ultimate costume of wolverine but i wanna put it in astonising because i like the upgrades there, is that possible ?

for the first: how many do they have? 5 costumes? only 4 skins can have passives per character..

for the second one: Yes. Just rename the skin you want to have to the name of the skin you wanna replace. you would rename the skin you want to 0303.

Yes, they have 5. Can you tell me the directory for the skins to rename ?

Just right click on the skin and select rename, then type in the number you want it to replace.

For example: If you want to replace 0301 with 0305, then you rename the 0305 to 0301, drag it into the Actors folder and then select "replace file".

Rename 0304 to 0303 and 0303 to 0304 and replace this in the herostat entry:
Quoteskin = 0301 ;
   skin_01_name = Modern ;
   skin_02 = 02 ;
   skin_02_name = Classic ;
   skin_03 = 03 ;
   skin_03_name = Astonishing ;
   skin_04 = 04 ;
   skin_04_name = Ultimate ;
with this:
Quoteskin = 0301 ;
   skin_01_name = Modern ;
   skin_02 = 02 ;
   skin_02_name = Classic ;
   skin_03 = 03 ;
   skin_03_name = Ultimate ;
   skin_04 = 04 ;
   skin_04_name = Astonishing ;
