Throughout the game, some bosses showed absolute courage against the newly discovered formation between the xmen and the brotherhood yet some bosses showed weakness and inferiocity. Who was you favorite boss?
Archangel is da man!
My favorite boss had to be Stepford Cuckoos despite my obsession for her. =)
Well, Holocaust was a great boss too.
True, but when you fight him enough that you end up discovering all of his flaws and find a week point, with Stepford Cuckoos, its quite impossible to discover her flaw. But yes, he was a good boss.
Character-wise Abyss. I love his power but he was badly represented in my opinion.
The Cuckoos were my overall favourite to fight. The build up to the fight is good too.

He was friggin awesome boss man!!!So i tottaly agree.
Abyss was cool.
Oh yeah he was.I enjoyed all of the horsemen, exept michail.
Hmm... My favourite boss is probably Archangel, though I liked Cuckoos and Abyss too. Apocalypse was fun but not awsome
I didn't like Mihail, Holocaust nor Mr. Sinister.
I totally agree ThePheonix. Mihail was boring while Mr. Sinister was a little to easy and the real opponent was obviously Dark Beast. I dont know about Holocaust though.
I liked Mikhail, it was one of the longer fights. Having to fight a bunch of multiples, then having to jump around trying to lower his shield while dodging those tripping beams, and finally just beating on him.
I also liked Mikhail. You had to use your brain. I think Sinister could have been better. I also wish Stryfe had more of his comic like history like Jean or Scott recognize him as their son's clone. Although as Stryfe is working with Apocalypse I'm guessing he hasn't got his true memories yet and is still "brainwashed" by Apocalypse.
I loved to fight the living Monilth. What a fun character, easy but fun!
yeah he was fun too
I love to fight with Stepford Cuckoos.
In my opinion, the most interesting level there
i have to say apacolypse
My favorite bosses are Stepford Cuckoos and Holocaust)And of course Apocalypse
my favourite bosses are Holocaust, Bastion and Apocalypse
well most of all I like to battle Apocalypse :apocalypse: but I liked Holocaust, Bastion, Mikhail, Archangel too...I really don't like Mr. Sinister.
And I have a question for you: What do you think about the battle with Sugarman :P
Quote from: Seth on March 14, 2010, 12:57AMWhat do you think about the battle with Sugarman :P
Sugarman was pretty damn hard :X. Even in the Danger Room missions (on nightmare mode) him and Lady Deathstrike were the hardest to kill (for me anyway). The only easy way I found to kill him is to use Rogue's Reflective Aura. As for the battles, I also liked Apocalypse the most, but I also liked Living Monolith and Stryfe. Mikhail was really annoying because my team wouldn't jump over his beams and whenever I managed to get an enemy inside those circular areas Jean would just push them out -_-. In the end I just got Scarlet Witch and kept using her radial fire spell (forgot the name :X) and just kept using it to keep the enemies in the circles, and used Revitalize every so often. But other than that phase it was a pretty nice encounter. Stepford Cuckoos were really boring. It took me longer to kill Zealot :P. Probably the easiest boss fight I had.
i did not know bastion was in the game
when i first played the game sugarman use to kill me all the time. lol i dont know how many times i tried, but i kept dying. finally used storm and jean to hit him from far away, stupidly i didnt read storm's xtreme boost or i would have used that to not die.

I know what you mean :P. I finished the game, and as I was collecting the comic books, etc. I saw that I had a mission waiting for me in Act 4 (you get it from Havok). Same thing with Stryfe, I had no idea he was there until I saw that I was missing an Xtraction point (Stryfe is in the same chapter as Bastion, in the NYC mission; odds are you missed him as well).
I think that the sugarman battle is the harder of game (even more than Apocalypse)
It was when I played the game for the second time that i I knew that Strife was in the new york mission
And I thought that I was the only one who had problems with Sugarman... :D
hahaha. no at all....I suffered alot because of him. But now that I Know who to use...It is much easier
He wasn't the hardest to beat, by no means, but I loved the Living Monolith's dialog/etc... :)
Holocaust was fun but my vote would be against the big bad himself :apocalypse: and his horsemen
Sugarman was the hardest boss to defeat! I was killed 5 times because of him I used Iceman and storm to defeat him.
For me Mr. Sinister! Simply because he is pleasant to me! :sinister:
The Stepford Cuckoo Sisters, Archangel and maybe Mr. Sinister (Computer Version) as I enjoyed having a challenge the only other boss which was quite hard to be was sugarman.
:cuckoo: :archangel:
my fav bosses are archangel and apocalypse
I would say Archangel :archangel: because of his move flying dive move thats knocks down the character
Sugarman was a pain for me too, almost like always. But when i chose Multiple Man and Quicksilver, i actually killed him in seconds :))
I like the abyss fight where you have to throw the bombs at his carrier
I liked Bastion and Mikhail.
I love to fight with the cuckoos and apocalypse when i play with my brothers 3 players mode we like to use four power form apocalypse machine
I haven't gone through the whole game yet, but up to now I've only lost once vs Mikhail (I found out the way to disable his shield when it was too late) and Sugarman (I was kinda overconfident coz I was beating him up badly and suddenly he began to deal massive dmg). However Sugarman gets an easy target for ranged attacks, as you only have to avoid his tongue attk. Once I knew how to beat him I took him out easily in the danger room :)
My favorite boss was Abyss he was cool i like how he sucks you inside him. :storm:
