Well they CAN be made if you wish if you do them on your own, it's just not a good idea to release them on this site since this site only supports Marvel character mods, hence the name "Marvel Mods". That is the main reason I haven't released my Witchblade mod I completed 2 years ago which is kind of a shame, that came out to be an extraordinarily good mod and I was rather impressed with how I brought Sara to life. Anyway, if you want to make Batman and throw him in your game there is absolutely no reason you can't do it, just don't release it on this site and don't ask others to do something like that for you through this site either.
