No. I believe it's a different Universe.
No it is in the same universe. This was confirmed with Jean. Nightcrawler was sacrificed but Jean ended up dying after the events of MUAI to save the world.
Doh! Poor Nightcrawler (I always saved him :D ). I wonder who will be DLC :)
They don't mention what happened to Widow though.

Yeah they also mentioned Galactus did attempt to attack but Thor stopped him and I believe Jean sacrificed herself to help him.

Yes in Stark Tower you must have Thor unlocked by then and he will be an NPC.
