In this thread you can find skins and mannequins made by me. This and the subsequent post I'll edit from time to time in order lay out links to my skins in messages. But it will be performed less often, because I'm too lazy to do it constantly. :3 Credits will be mentioned at the end of the second message.

# I beg you not use my works without notifying and crediting me in your mods, boosters etc.  It is better to notify me in PM and be sure - I always give you permission #

There are some very nice releases in there UltimateVenom^^ (sorry for not going totally breezer language on the name :P) But I hope you now know why we always (in any case) request permission from authors ^^ (and I'll let it slip through my fingers this time since you guys finally came over here^^).

Loving the MUA2 style skins the most. Makes me not wanna convert the actual Wii models of those haha :P (and would save me some time in the process :P)

hey UV, I have installed dan ketch and he works great, awesome job! I tried instaling green flame ghost rider and no success. the skin is perfect, but the head flame effect isn't working for me. The green flame just doesn't show up in the menu and in gameplay the flame is blue.

i don't think the two different colored flames work well together. i had similar problems.

you can't because the bow is a skin segment which ultimate/dark cyclops lacks. that skin does work on the punisher mod, however, which fits his powerstyle for that costume better anyways. or you could try and convert the bow bolton from the xml2 mod.

Its a skin, in diffrent words, a look, not a mod. So it isnt a playable character, the bullseye skin is here yes, but skins and ''playable characters'' are two things compeltly diffrent

Well I'm not speaking for realbadman, or trying to step on someones toes, just putting my 2 cents in, but maybe he meant that he saw a skin and thought that maybe there was a mod to go with it.  That's what I am thinking.  When I first started here I saw a diablo skin and I searched to see if he had a mod because I thought why would they make a skin without it having a mod to go with.  However, as I got more familiar with the site, I realised that they were there if a person wanted to replace a character with another skin or if someone wanted to make a mod, then that skin would already be done and ready, or just because that person wanted to make a totally awesome skin.

I say, i say that Noir Vest Concept version is one of the badass Spidey's costume as 2099's Amazing Spider-Armor does in SM:SD.

Oh, yeah, all problem in PS2 models. Offsets are picked up correctly (I hope), all is easy compiled, but in game the model leaves not clear "strip" which you can notice on the previous screenshot. You will not prompt in what a problem?

Unfortunately, a cloak and collar it was not possible to make to me. Wanted to recolour separately bolton a cloak, but it has not turned out... + scary texture Spider Girl and work was tightened almost for a year. One thousand apologies, Fox, for a delay.

Looks nice BTW about the cloak, what about using the skrull empress skin for moondragon? She is bald and has a cape.

Hey UltimateVeNoM, since you're doing Spider-Man skins from SMSD at the moment, why not do costumes from the sequel Edge of Time, such as the Identity Crisis suits(Dusk, Hornet, Prodigy and Ricochet?) Just a suggestion.

I'm not eager to make these costumes. If I make these suits, then only Dusk and, maybe, Ricochet.

Once it comes to maintaining the materiality, I mainly use special textures of different materials (grundge, metal, cloth and etc). If you know how to Use such textures, then you can achieve great results in editing of model textures. I also use Smudge Tool (tool in Photoshop) to clean some parts of the texture. This is a very good thing.

As for PS2 models, I would could explain, but I can hardly tell you everything in plain English. So it only remains for me to send you here:

В среднем я трачу на одну текстуру примерно... 3 часа. D: Да. Час на общий вид, полтора приходится на то чтобы довести все до ума и полчаса на поправку оставшихся деталей. Вот как то так.
А под конец 2011 меня жутко поджимало время (пообещал же все закончить до нового года), поэтому пришлось три вечера позадротить за компьютером, чтобы сделать оставшиеся семь скинов.
И еще, заметил одну забавно-неприятную для себя закономерность: чем дальше я продвигаюсь в плане своего мастерства редактирования текстуры и т.п., тем все больше и больше времени мне приходится на создание одного скина хорошего качества. Это меня пугает. Оо

Это как раз закономерно. Ведь ты развиваешься, работы становятся все лучше, конечно, времени на это уходит больше. Но я думаю, ты скоро освоишься и будешь делать скины, как орешки щелкать).

Ты не торопись, хорошая работа требует времени. У тебя все получится! :) Удачи!

Hey UV, I really wanna thank you for recoloring the arms. I always wanted to have an alternate skin for Reed cause I hated the New Marvel skin and also always wanted the whole team to have the Future Foundation set. But since I'm pretty anal-retentive about my game I didn't add any cause of Reed's arms issue. So, by recoloring them you actually allowed me to use 4 new skins and I'm very happy about it. A fellow member had reported such glitches in the past (2~3 years ago) when they have both Toxin and Spiderman in the same roster. Both skins (my Toxin skin and UltimateVeNoM' skin) used the same base model (Spider-man). Therefore, they most likely shared the same internal number. The problem was that the game often use this internal number to reference skins. I think you can use a hex editor to renumber either UltimateVeNoM' skin or my Toxin skin to a different number.

The problem was that the game often use this internal number to reference skins. I think you can use a hex editor to renumber either UltimateVeNoM' skin or my Toxin skin to a different number.

It took a while, but I figured it out; I couldn't renumber the toxin skin without breaking it, so I renumbered the Spidey Noir skin, and now it works like a charm. Thanks, iammingy.

Secondly, where do I put the files in order to change the skin? And how do I set wich skin it will change (clasic / modern / ultimate etc) ?

I suppose the hud file goes into MUA/hud .. but am I supposed to leave it like that (hud_head_hal_jordan_original), or do I need to change it's name to the name of the corresponding file? If so, what number does Green Lantern have?

Dude, the FF suits are sick! Awesome job, quick question though. Why does Human torch revert to the classic suit after using a flame attack and how can I fix it?

That would be a Hex Editing problem. You need to change his hex to match whichever skin you replaced. Or you could just use the FF skin over the classic skin and fix your problem

Solido, you probably have to hexedit the HUD. Just open it with a hexeditor, search for the 4-digit number and change that number every time it appears to the number of the hud you're setting it as.

The issue here is that the Original one appears with the Shield of the Cap, not the Patriot Shield. I'm asking if anyone know what to do to make the Patriot skin wears the New Shield for standard.
