I am very new to the moding of this game and i have no idea of how to go about it. Cold someone please give me step by step guide on how to install new skins onto characters. Thanks

Download the skin
Rename it to the name of the skin that you want to replace
Back up the original file
Replace the skin (and hud if the download includes one)
Edit the Herostat for the new skin name.
