This is a difficult question, especially since the look of the characters can change depending on what artist draws them. It's hard to pick just one. But here are my choices:
Girl: Valkyrie
Guy: Angel

I don't think Valkyrie is from the X-Men though.
Female - Jean (attracted most of the X-Men like Scott, Logan, Xavier, Iceman, Beast, Angel, Mastermind, Gambit, and even others like Spider-Man, Ted Roberts, Merlin, Attuma, etc. For a brief time she was even a very successful model.)
Male - Warren (he looks like an angel) or Cyclops or Iceman
In my opinion it would have to be
Female: Psylocke
Male: Nightcrawler
Iceman and Psylocke
Psylocke and Iceman!
Jean grey and Iceman
LOL, I guess I overlooked the part that the question was only considering X-Men. In coming to the "Valkyrie" choice, I considered alot of females -- Invisible Woman, Crystal, Medusa, Mantis and even Moondragon. The only X-Men member I considered was Emma Frost. So, I'd have to choose her.
Yes, my question concerns only x-men. But Valkyrie whom you have chosen, in my opinion is a beauty! Therefore I have nothing against. Now you have chosen Emma. I can not disagree with you! It is a smart choice!
In my opinion, Emma Frost and either Gambit or Cyclops.
Definatly Rogue, I love her hair and her southern accent, as for most handsome guy, angel (Before he was changed into Archangel or Wolverine, I love the rugged look he has) :D

Most beautiful girls: Jean/Maddie and Emma.
Most handsome guys: Cyclops and Angel. Wovie has a nice savage look too.
It does depend on the artists... so with that said:
Colossus (artists: Jim Lee, John Byrne or Arthur Adams) the guys extremely clean & shiny :colossus:
Psylocke (artists: Jim Lee) Miss Braddock is too hot :psylocke:
Meggan (artists: John Byrne) could she possibly be in better shape... NOPE!!!!!
Long Shot (artists: Marc Silvestri) straight pretty boy
I always loved Wolverine animal like features. Gambit would have been second then Hellion, Longshot, Namor(I count him as one), and Angel.
For the girls I would Say Rogue, Psylocke, Domino, Storm, and my Darling Jean. But there others too.
I wish I could go with different artist, but, my all time favorite look for any of the x-men are:
Rogue (X-Treme X-Men)
Gambit (X-Men Legacy)
