This is a really cool thread. I personally feel that Raven would be a tough opponent (I've heard that in the Teen Titans/X-Men Crossover Raven and Prof X were able to subdue Dark Phoenix for a short time) but I still go to Jean.

Defenitly Jean Grey, i like her a lot because she's: Beautiful, Powerful, intelligent and a very good person.

In the first 2 picture you can see ( in the marvel one ) Jean with a giant phoenix aura, and in the DC one , you can see Raven with a giant rave aura , so DC and MARVEL made the almost like counterparts. And thanks for voting btw

it is kinda pointless to ask who'd win in a battle between jean and anyone else in this forum. just look at the signatures and you'll know what I mean =P.

anyway, as for myself, I think it depends a lot. both of them have had several pretty drastic power fluctuations over time. it would be necessary to define which period of each character is in consideration.

Totally agree, any Jean vs someone else will have the same results because people here vote for their favorite wich (what a surprise) of course! it's Jean, instead of being objective with their skills and abilities....
I just going to say that Raven has incredible skills too and is a force that can't be ignored....

I think Raven is a great character, and has very great skills, and power, but I really dont think she could beat Jean, Jean fan or no Im sure Jean would win, but if there were a but load of DC fans here then Raven would probably be getting voted for a lot

Personally, I can't vote cause the only DC characters I really know about is Wonder Woman and CatWoman. :(

See for me being a Marvel fan, I think of DC and think how there really isnt a ton of strong people on them, and think Marvel could whip them out easy, but DC fans would beg to differ lol

I like marvel more than DC but I beg to differ. DC has a lot of pretty powerful heroes, such as Captain Marvel, Dr. Fate, Zatanna, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Orion, Superman and so on. Plus, there's Green Lantern who is very powerful and there are actually hundreds of them.

Thanks for voting guys. And btw its not about really the 2 battling, i am not asking which one is more powerful ( well just a little tiny bit ) but mostly i ask you which one you like the most, on their looks, personality, control over powers, good or evil and ect. Oh and on April 2 the character are gonna change so hurry and vote. There are also two ironic characters with the opposite names who will battle together they both have fire powers. And Zatanna will also battle and its obvious with who.

Anyways, even though I love jean, Raven to me is THE best hands down.  She was my fav in teen titans and she will always trump over jean in my book.  Power wise, raven has more abilities than jean, and I think she has good control over them.  I don't read the comics but in the teen titans series, raven could become intangible, she could heal with her empathy power, she can cast spells, teleport, vary her size, create beings, and those are the powers she doesn't share with jean.  The only thing jean has that raven doesn't, is the fire power of the phoenix, but you said jean not phoenix, so I'm assuming you just meant jean.  Even if it was raven vs phoenix I still would think raven was the best.

I agree completely, but for me I think of these people then think of marvel and think that it could be really easy to beat them, Wonder Woman and Rogue or Ms Marvel I think they could beat her easy, Green Lantern, not a huge fan, but Iron Man or Wolverine I think could beat him, although im not great at knowing what all he is able of doing, and so on and so fourth just put Apocolypse, Phoenix, Galactus, Thanos, Scarlet Witch, Adam Warlock, and Dr Strange in the DC universe and see whats left after that

Seriously? You think that Green Lantern, the guy who wears the most powerful weapon in the universe could be defeated by Wolverine, the guy who once lost a fight agains Elektra? Seems absolutely impossible to me.

Wolverine wouldn't have a chance against the Green Lantern. Maybe Silver Surfer but I'm not too familiar with his powerset.

Your wait is over , its Invisible Woman vs Wonder Woman

My fav is the Invisible Woman. Before Jean she was my fav character. I love Sue because of her kind and compassionate personality but when her family is threatened she won't hold back. Her powers are awesome as is her family, the FF.

I do like Invisible Woman, but...I know more about Wonder Woman's history and she'd take Sue anytime. (In my opinion...lol)

Invinsible woman..nothing is deadlier than an enemy that you cannot see XD

Invisible Woman, She can be Invisible so Wonder Woman won't be able to see her and she'll be done for.

I like Sue more, but I know Wonder woman could beat her, so I voted Wonder  Woman, sue may be able to go invisible, but that wont help her for long!

Well if it is who I like more I'd say IW.  I love her powers, and even though she is seen as weak, I think she is the best and most powerful/power potential out of the F4.  If it was a battle, and the title of this topic does say battle, it would be hard.  I think WW has more brute force, and her lasso can make people tell the truth, but IW can levitate things, create strong force fields, and make things invisible including the area around her.  So it would be tough to pick the fight winner.  I think they'd have an equal chance, I think the winner would be who ever get the first strike.

Wow, Marvel's Invisible Woman is leading, this might be a 2nd victory for MARVEL

I like them both tbh xD but I voted for WW cuz I think she would kick ass on almost any not just marvel but in major both male and female characters, despite Sue's powers I think Diana would triumph over her somehow...

I would have picked Wonder Woman anyhow, Invisible Woman gets on my nerves sometimes. Plus, Wonder Woman WAS the first female superhero. :)

Really? I have been trying to find out who it was xD but it always lead me to some long forgotten Blonde who as I recall only had a cameo somewhere xD and like 1 comic

Thanks for voting everyone. I voted for WW too cuz she is really cool. Every time in control and so strong. You should see her in DC Universe Online, When i was testing it in its beta, i picked my guide to be Wonder Woman, if you pick wonder woman your quests will  be mostly magic involved. I even defeated Circe.

IW- She can stay invisible and do a surprise attack or simply put a force field in WW head and kill her and she also trained with iron field and her force field are non- breakable... I got the scans

I cant try it though : / too shitty comp for it -_- but I so want it! and I would Choose WW as Mentor anyway xD

Thanks for voting everyone, and DC Universe Online needs a really high graphic card, i recommend having 2,5 GHz and Windows 7, cuz with low graphics the game will lag allot or wont run at all

even with them the DC universe is overpowered it has so many more godlike entities than marvel. but you can look at the amalgam universe where its evened out but on a fair basis DC sadly is too o'pd..... i love marvel but that is the way it is... and i'm pretty sure that a green lantern can hack iron mans armor idk for how long tho but its just a thought on his/hers willpower....
