I'm going with Captain Marvel, Moon Knight, Silver Surfer and Deadpool.

Moon Knight and Marvel have great offensive capabilities, and Surfer lends great support. Plus, I need someone to joke around to keep my playing spirit high.

i think he/she is saying to pretend if you could only have 4 players throughout the whole game without changing them, then who would you pick, thus this topic is ever so slightly different than the other threads with similar names. you of course arent restricted to 4, but i believe the theme of the topic is a 'what if' situation.

When you mean four characters does that mean ones that are already in the game or four character over all? If the ones already in the game than I would go with Deadpool because he went toe to toe solo (all of the others died) with Mephisto and won and I did not have the god mode cheat on either. The Thing because he is a favorite of mine. Silver Surfer for air support and because he is cool. Spider-Man because I love his web warrior and I use that alot especially in the Vs. simulators. I dont own the Gold Edition but plan to get it so this may change. If the characters are not in the game than I would have to go with Cable, She-Hulk, Thunderstrike (disappointed his skin was not used in MUA for Thor), Iron Fist. When I mean characers not in the game I mean the ones that were not in the game now (Gold Edition) or when it was released.

Bad 2 the Bone is probably the toughest team to defeat. Find their costumes that have Max Health and Regen., and max those stats out. Then, equip GR with his Original outfit, and max out Resurrect Ally, as that is vital to team survival. It is also recommended that GR be equipped with the Heart of Mephisto, as he is the only character that cannot regenerate health. If GR dies, resurrection is lost. Plus, Wolvie will heal the fastest, as he has the mutant ability to regenerate, in addition to the suit's bonus.

Yea that's what I did when I was playing with them, but my game was glitched or something cuz GR died and he ressurected himself. I don't know if they meant for that to happen or not but it was pretty kool.

yea it sucks. Like when I had to get the horn for that one dude in Asgard, his horn is across a long gap thing and i had no way of getting across. But that team is extremely hard to kill.

yea they do, I've done that and they kick ass, but still no fliers, which makes some levels just a little bit more difficult. But still very fun to play with.

I just use Bad to the Bone on levels that dont need fliers. Like the area before Ymir for example.

Fantastic Four has a flier also. The New FF does not have a flier but has Spidey and u could use his webline. U could also use Defenders or Secret Defenders they have two fliers and are strong also. I really like Silver Surfer and his Surfers Rage. Assassins is another that does not have a flier but is also strong.

yea assasins is a good team to use, and even though they dont have any fliers they have deadpool and u can use him to get across gaps that other characters can't. The Secret Defenders and Defenders are pretty good teams to, but I've only used them for like 1/2 a level, so I can't really judge them. And yea the new FF has no fliers but spidey is just as good as one, except that u can't go into another room with Spidey while he is web slinging.

my 4 would be of course venom, beta ray bill, rogue, captain marvel. which i just finish beat the game from beginning to final with just these 4, but sadly i am so moron, without thinking i go and play on easy as i plan to play thur easy, normal, and hard with these 4 and found out that i cant load my game on normal until i unlock hard mode, so do anybody have the file for unlock it, dont want to start over for 30th time lol

Venom gets so powerful he can basically solo the game lol
Deadpool is great cuz of what he says
Iron Man cant be beat for radial damage plus flying helps find hidden stuff
Wolverine cant be beat for melee combat

Iron Man, Deadpool/Wolverine, Dr. Strange, Human Torch.

Iron Man is, again, great for radial attacks, Deadpool and Wolverine have the healing factor that means I can just have them go into any situation first and I won't lose a member, Dr. Strange is able to toss enemies around so I can just toss them off a ledge on occasion and save a fight, and Human Torch's one flamethrower was great for slowly taking down a big enemy.

the four i use right now (after getting the big char download), are: Cyclops (ranged, and my favourite character ever), Thor (a beast who is almost without equal in the game), Colossus (top class bruiser, my second favourite marvel character too), and hawkeye, who is there because he's my favourite avenger...

my ideal team: Cyclops, Colossus, Yellowjacket (Pym with shrink and grow), and either Hawkeye or Surfer...

Ms marvel as the heavy suport,just level her prism and she is a mosnter,spider woman as heavy suport bacukp,wolverine for a melee,and spiderman becouse i like him :D ,wich switching wolverine for torch were the team i used mostly,and i got to say it was OVERKILL. ms marvel and spider woman barely let me lay punch with their instant death powes

But on my PC, I'm using :colossus: :storm: :wolverine: :iceman:, but I can't ever make up my mind either cause I like :humant: and :warbird: too much NOT to use them. (Even though I prefer my girl, :rogue:)

Spider Man (learn how use his webs and he becomes one of the best chars of the game)

Wolverine (healing factor and incridible meelee)

DareDevil (great ranger and well meelee)

Hulk (the best on meelee and haves a lot of health)

curiosit: when i plaied X-men legends 1....well on the last mission,during the sentinels fight....EVERY x-man i had died!only one survived: Wolverine.i had to defeat an army with wolverine (even those spider sentinels) nad the master mold!i saved during this fight a lot.thanks to the healing factor

Any 4 characters for the entire game, beinging to end without changing. Hmmmmm......I guess I'd choose :phoenix: (for her Telekinesis and raidial attacks, plus she's my fav along with Emma Frost), :hulk_icon: for brute strength (someone I haven't played with before), :quicks: (I think he'd have some interesting abilities because of his super speed), and last but not least :deadpool: (because he has both long range and close range attacks, plus you have to admit he is funny).

I wanted to avoid villians as choices and try not to have my team made up of people from one group like all X-Men characters because I thought about Havok, Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Rouge, Sunfire, or Storm being teamembers. I am an X-Men fan more than anything but I tried to bring in variatiy with this team choice since it is MUA, not XML.

Mmmm my team is Emma Frost :emmafrost:, the leader one (her stun and pain attack are amazing and they do a lot of combos) Jean Grey :phoenix:, the powerful one (her telekinesis is very useful and fun) Rogue :rogue:, the strong one (good melee fighter) Psylocke :psylocke:, the fast one (good moves and powers)

But I use :spiderwoman: :cyclops: :iwoman: :strange: :hellion: :blackwidow: :warbird: too!

On pc with mods I'm playing with; Storm (favorite x-men) jean grey (famke jansen made me do this :(), Silver Surfer (healing is nice)/Wolverine (to complete an x-men team) and Nightcrawler (teleport = win).

On unmodded psp it's Invisible Woman, Storm (told you it was a favorite:P), Silver Surfer (i need his healing, i suck at psp gaming, atm) and Wolverine (thinking of a sub, but i need to get to know the rest).

Leader: Hawkeye
Ice, Fire, and Lightning
Long Range and a Boss Killer

Support: Spider-Woman
For Healing, and Traps

Abilities: Iron-Man
He has flight and might.

Melee: Moon Knight
Great Melee + Healing Factor

West Coast Avengers Bonus
5% Damage Returned as Health

Well right now..just beat mua on normal with :genis: Captain Marvel, :colossus: Colossus, :capamer: Captain America, :thor: and Thor. I really like captain marvel's powers, especially once you get them to the max..good way of clearing a room out lol..

Professor X :xavier: - His ability to revive heroes and great powers
Cyclops :cyclops: - X-Treme and all other powers do major damage
Colossus :colossus: - Just for his strength factor.
Wolverine :wolverine: - He can heal overtime.
