Hey,
So I've never shared this part of my online life on this site with you all before, but I'm also an amateur voice actor who's donated his talents to fan projects over the past couple years for System Shock 2, the Thief series and the Tomb Raider franchise.
And I thought one night, 'A lot of the modded characters for MUA are missing roster menu callouts when they're added to your current team'. So I figured as a way to give back to the community for the many hours of satisfying content delivered through the endless amounts of mods, that I would provide voices for said callouts to those who need it and add on an extra sense of professionalism to the already high-quality character mods on here(with the sound files allowed to be tweaked and recognized by the MUA engine by modders whom probably understand this stuff better than I do). :P
So without further delay, here are a few menu callout examples for a few random characters already out on the website as released mods.
NOTE: Apologies if my voice isn't exactly the best in this first(of hopefully) many menu callouts(as I'm currently suffering from a fairly mild case of coughing and spluttering at the moment).

Just heard all the callouts. I have to say it's very good! I just always had a problem with adding them. That's why none of my mods has a callout.

Can someone please tell me how to add them, I already read the instruction that BaconWizard posted but it still doesn't work.
So I decided to go and do a unique Xtreme attack voice for Thor(as it always boggled my mind that he was the only official character without a voice, for his most powerful attack).
Granted I'm not Cam Clarke, but I tried my best to match my voice up with his portrayal of the Mighty Thor in Ultimate Alliance. I hope this helps to make the game feel a bit more complete now :)

As for the X_Voice file itself being updated, I don't know who's in charge of keeping that up-to-date. But it is apparently a very easy(albeit time-consuming task), to do yourself I've learned. Would be incredibly helpful if someone could put all of them in one place though, but fox456 hasn't been on the site in 3 years & Teancum doesn't really mod MUA anymore to my knowledge.

I cant figure this out. I downloaded the files. got the relevent programs. But it seems you can only add sounds to powers or "banter". I am not seeing how to add this as a menu callout.

This is the part i dont get. i have the wave file, but where does it go? so i created the an_nova file. I cant seem to import it into the x_voice file

Not yet I'm afraid. I primarily did a lot of these to cover as much of the necessary bases as possible, in case a number of characters related to these teams get made into actual mods someday. But I know there are ways to craft your own custom teams (by messing around with some files in the main MUA game folder). Don't know what specific ones, but I'm sure you can find out the process by asking around within the community.
