Has anyone ever noticed if either :nfury:'s Leadership or :fantastic:'s & :storm:'s Combo Bonus XP passives actually change anything? Because from what I have seen it didn't do anything, but it might have slipped my sight...
The main reason I'm asking this is because I'm gathering as much knowledge as possible for my Maegawa's Patch (that's why I never release it lol, I'm constantly working on it as I make new discoveries), and it wouldn't surprise me if the aforementioned passives don't do anything, seeing as a lot of passives are broken...
