Hello all! Shadowcat has once again been updated to version 6.0!

I've said it many times before, but I am truly hoping this will be the last version update.

Over the years, since I first started this mod in 2019, I've made quite a few changes and overhauls, trying my best to perfect the mod and improve it as new technology advances and I learn and grow more as a modder. I truly believed I have improved it as much as I can as of now.

There are now two versions of this mod: a Default Version, which has less moves but can be played in most teams of four (she is a medium-to-heavy character, so putting her on teams with Nightcrawler, Venom, etc. is less advised), and an Expanded Version, which has more moves but is ideal to play solo or in teams of three.

Within this, the expanded version also has two control schemes: one where powers differ based on if you press or hold down the button, and another where powers are split between normal powers and block powers (pressing Block and then Attack, Smash, Grab, or Jump). 

Other changes include new Lockheed models, new Lockheed animations, new Marvel Heroes Omega animations for Shadowcat, new effects, and other little quality of life changes.

Her skins have also been renumbered and simplified so that she now only has eight skins, with six of those being able to be swapped out (her Age of Apocalypse and Red Queen skins use unique boltons, so don't swap those out - skin numbers 7617 and 7604, respectively). 

You do not have to start a new game to use any of these versions. Just copy the actors and data folder from one version into your main directory for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Non-Corporeal Beatdown- Shadowcat pummels enemies whilst phasing right through them. Upgrading this also increases defense rating and grab smash.

2). Spitballs- Kitty directs Lockheed to shoot an explosive fireball at the target, causing Fire DMG. Hold to continue shooting fireballs.

In the 'xtras' folder of the mod, there are files that add additional Lockheed effects so that he flies in and out at the start and end of this power. This makes it more immersive but also means the powers take a bit longer to execute.

3). Phasing Ninja- Shadowcat phases under the ground and then phases upwards through it with her katana, knocking enemies into the air. After phasing, continue holding to pull enemies under the ground and instantly kill them, at the cost of all your energy.
 
4). Heartbreaker- Kitty phases her hand through foes, giving their heart a squeeze, with a chance for a critical hit. While this attack is being used, Shadowcat is immune to all attacks.

5). Dragon Breath- Hold for Lockheed to shoot a continuous stream of flame

In the 'xtras' folder of the mod, there are files that add additional Lockheed effects so that he flies in and out at the start and end of this power. This makes it more immersive but also means the powers take a bit longer to execute. 

6). Shadowcat's Pirouette- Shadowcat uses her dancing skills to perform spin attacks with her katanas, doing damage over time.

7). Walking Through Walls- Kitty becomes intangible, allowing enemies and objects to pass through her. Attacking, Jumping, blocking, dodging, and using powers turns Kitty solid again. Once solid, Kitty remains in a partially phased state, gaining knockback immunity, damage reduction, increased dodge rating, and the ability to shock enemies on contact with phased attacks.

In the 'xtras' folder, there is a version of this power that is a Press-and-Hold power, which functions more like Iceman's Ice Slide: press-and-hold to run and phase through any enemies or objects you come in contact with, release to turn solid. This does take up more triggers/memory though.

8). Buddy System- Press to control Lockheed directly (steers Lockheed like Cap's shield). Hold to alter melee attacks.

If you are using the extra Lockheed effects from the 'xtras' folder, Buddy System makes it so that Lockheed is by your side at all times, meaning Spitballs and Dragon Breath become faster, as you no longer need to wait for Lockheed to fly to your location.

9). Soulsword- Kitty wields the Soulsword, blasting foes with energy that nullifies their powers and makes them take more damage to bladed attacks. 

10). Phased Out - Kitty phases underneath the ground and then pops up all around the battlefield, attacking enemies. She then returns to the center of the battlefield and phases the ground close to her, causing enemies within this radius to fall through the floor and die, with all others being tripped.

Stats

1). Shadowcat has mental resistance and is unable to be grabbed by demonic leapers.

2). Press and hold Jump after a double jump to walk on the air using phasing powers.

3). While blocking, attacks go right through Shadowcat.

Expanded Version Additional Moves

1). Non-Corporeal Beatdown has an AOE-variant attack if you are surrounded, which you can also activate by pressing Block.

2). Phasing Ninja is now Disciplined Strike- you press for a multi-hit sword move and hold for a phasing uppercut.

3). Heartbreaker now has the "pull foes under at the cost of all energy" move if you hold it down.

4). Dragon Breath has a large arcing blast if you press and the flamethrower-like move if you hold.

5). Shadowcat's Pirouette has an instant-kill move if you block prior to or after the spin attack.

6). Buddy System has two additional moves while controlling Lockheed: press Jump for Line of Fire (Lockheed charges forward blasting fire) and Grab for Dragon Charge (instant-kill at the cost of all energy).

7). Soulsword alters melee attacks. 

Defensive Combat Moves (Block Powers Version Only)

1). Watch Your Step (Block + Light Attack)- Kitty pulls enemies under ground and they fall to their deaths, instantly killing them, but draining all of her energy. Hold Block to cancel. Upgrading Heartbreaker increases the amount of enemies Kitty will target.

2). Dragon Breath (Block + Heavy Attack)- At Kitty's direction, Lockheed shoots an arc of flame at the ground, doing Fire DMG and leaving a small fire on the ground that burns enemies over time. Upgrading Turn Up The Heat increases the damage and energy cost of this move.

3). Lockheed Rush (Block + Grab)- Kitty sends out Lockheed to attack enemies around the battlefield; controls like Cap's SHIELD and can be cancelled out of by blocking, dodging, using light or heavy attacks, and powers. Upgrading Spitballs increases the damage and energy cost of this move.

4). Phasing Ninja (Block + Jump)- Kitty phases underneath the ground and appears underneath enemies, bursting through the ground with her katana. The opening of this move counts as a dodge as she phases underground. Upgrading Shadowcat's Pirouette increases the damage and energy cost of this move.

5). Intangibility- a passive that increases your defense. Upgrading Non-Corporeal Beatdown increases the amount of defense this passive gives.

6). Dragon Charge (during Lockheed Rush, press Grab)- direct Lockheed to dart forward at full speed, instantly killing all in his path at the cost of all your energy.

7). Line of Fire (during Lockheed Rush, press Jump)- Lockheed darts forward while shooting fire, knocking foes back and doing damage over time. Scales with Spitballs

Notes

1). No need to have the original Shadowcat mod in order to play. Be sure to overwrite all existing Shadowcat files with these ones in order for the mod to work properly.

YAY! I was thinking how Shadowcat is an underrated character and should have been in the X-Men Legends games as playable. Glad someone gave her a chance.

Hello all! Link has once again been updated! BaconWizard17 has kindly redone his old skins as well as provided two new skins: Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild! The skins also have low poly versions for extra authenticity that make Link like he came right from Ocarina of Time to MUA!

Link also has a few other changes: new animations and effects for Farore's Wind and Nayru's Love that are more accurate to the game, a more accurate Hookshot. Iron Boots are now activated by pressing Grab after a double jump, and Hover Boots are now activated by pressing Jump after a double jump. Both boots now have accurate boltons ripped straight from Ocarina of Time 3D!

Now only that, but his Xtreme now features the actual Triforce model from Ocarina of Time- that's right, you can finally get the Triforce after all these years!

The arrows also have new effects as well that are, once again more accurate to the games.

A new game is not required in order to update.

This mod was a collaborative effort between myself, BaconWizard17,  Outsider, and tubular spacedude! None of this would have been possible without their hard work! Check out their stuff! They are all very talented individuals who more than live up to their reputations! 

Introducing the latest addition to the Ultimate Alliance- Link, the protagonist from The Legend of Zelda series!

Some of you may not know, but Link was originally supposed to be in the Wii Version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (along with Samus- check out aventureiromax's mod of her here: https://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/topic,4284.1575.html ), but was cut.

In designing the powers for this mod, I tried my best to adhere both to the little footage we have while also being true to the original Zelda games.

With a character like this, it is difficult to incorporate all aspects, given how many games he's been in and all the things he is able to do. Thus, we decided to stick mainly to Ocarina of Time Link- the Hero of Time- for inspiration.

And so, an overview:

His Powers

1). Great Spin- Perform a spin attack with the Master Sword, knocking foes back and deflecting all projectiles back at attackers. 

2). Boomerang- Throws boomerang, stunning enemies and collecting additional orbs and credits from enemies slain with it.

3). Fairy Bow- Link uses his bow and arrows. Press Light Attack to fire out a normal arrow, which pierces through enemies. Press Heavy Attack to shoot a fire arrow, which sets enemies ablaze and does damage over time. Press Grab to shoot an ice arrow, which freezes an enemy and slows those around them. Press Jump to shoot a light arrow, which instantly kills non-boss enemies at the cost of all your energy. Fire and Ice Arrows also cost additional energy.

4). Bombs- Toss a bomb. Explodes in a radius and knocks enemies down. Hold for Bombchus that seek out foes. 

5). Hookshot- Use the hookshot to grab enemies, disarming them and pulling them towards you to deliver a blow with the Master Sword. This move has an instant-kill chance, critically hits stunned enemies, and reflects projectiles. If you miss with the hookshot link will be propelled forward. If you hit a wall, Link will zoom towards the wall and then launch himself off it, firing a Sword Beam.

6). Megaton Hammer- Slam the Megaton Hammer into the ground, causing damage in a radius, instantly killing frozen enemies, and breaking nearby allies out of ice if they are close and Link isn't frozen.

7). Din's Fire- Call upon the Goddess of Power, Din, to unleash Din's Fire- an outward blast of flame that burns enemies and also sets fires on the ground.

8). Nayru's Love- Call upon the Goddess of Wisdom, Nayru, providing Link with a magical barrier that blocks all attacks for a limited time.

9). Farore's Wind- Call upon the Goddess of Courage, Farore, to teleport yourself around the map.

10). Triforce- Complete the Triforce, granting you one wish- to restore peace to the land, smiting foes and reviving allies.

Quest Items

1). Fairy- gives a 25% chance to revive at 40% health.

2). Sword Beams- when at maximum health pressing heavy attack charges your sword, and releasing it fires out a sword beam that knocks foes back.

Other Abilities

1). Dodging (attack roll) gives a slight movement speed boost just like in Zelda games.

2). Pressing Block during Great Spin or Fairy Bow throws a Deku Nut that stuns foes.

Version 4.0 Updates

-New effects for Nayru's Love and Triforce.

-Hover Boots no longer gives a speed boost. This was done to be more accurate to the lore of Ocarina of Time, as the Hover Boots did not give a speed boost there.

-Hover Boots and Iron Boots now have boltons accurate to the games.

-Farore's Wind no longer damages enemies. This was done to be a bit more accurate to the games.

-Bomchus and Deku Nuts folded into main powers.

-Hover Boots and Iron Boots have new activation.

-New effects for arrows.

-Reduced trigger count.

Glad to see this come to fruition at last! This mod has been an amazing collab overall and I'm happy that at last, the Hero of Time has returned to MUA after over ten years!

Hello,

First I'd like to thank you for the new Shadowcat mod! True story, years ago I registered here just to download the original Shadowcat mod- I'm a huge Kitty Pryde fan. From then on, I've been modding MUA for years ever since!

It's such an improvement! On the old mod, I hated that she was overly flippy and kicky. Yeah, I know she's got that ninja training, but I always felt the Claremont punch-you-in-the-face Kitty was underrepresented in the original mod.

The Lockheed powers are especially a nice touch. Speaking of, I thought I'd point out that if anyone has the old mod installed and has ents_shadow.engb in their entities folder, the Lockheed fireballs won't work. It needs to be deleted. You might want to put that in the Readme.

Anyway, thanks again. This is the most fun Kitty Pryde I've played. I hope you keep producing mods!

Hello all!

War Machine has rejoined the Ultimate Alliance, and he's got a few upgrades, and has been upgraded to Version 3.0.

I cleaned up his effects and gave him a unique grab smash!

Also added an optional bolton version in the xtras folder that uses the skins of the old mod. This was done in case one wants to circumvent the skin segment limit.

In any case, an overview:

His Powers

1). Gatling Gun/Enhanced Ammunition- Blast foes with your shoulder-mounted Gatling Gun. With the Advanced Weapon Systems boost active, this power turns into Enhanced Ammunition, where War Machine uses his shoulder gun and wrist guns to fire special ammo- plasma rounds (pierce through foes), electric rounds (stun enemies), and thermite rounds (set foes on fire).

2). Heat-Seeking Missiles/Bunker Buster- Fire out multiple EMP missiles at once, which home in on foes and encase them in a damaging electric field that causes damage over time. With the Advanced Weapon Systems boost active, this power turns into Bunker Buster, where War Machine fires out a missile with a high instant-kill chance, followed by smaller rockets also with instant-kill chance (this move was inspired by the Ex-Wife from Iron Man 2, but this time it actually works). 

3). Flamethrower/Thermite Overload- Burn foes with your wrist-mounted flamethrower. This will overheat your suit, making you hot to the touch and burning any foes you come into contact with. With Advanced Weapon Systems active, this power becomes Thermite Overload, which releases all the heat from your suit in a concentrated blast with a high instant-kill chance, burning foes in a radius and spreading the heat to nearby enemies as well. 

4). Wrist-Mounted Guns/Sonic Cannon- Spin around firing anti-tank rounds that knock enemies back (inspired by the One-Off from Iron Man 2, but using bullets instead of lasers). With Advanced Weapon Systems active, this power becomes Sonic Cannon, which unleashes your sonic cannon (as seen in Captain America: Civil War) to stun groups of enemies.
 
5). Advanced Weapon Systems- Allocate all your suit power to your offensive system, altering your powers. While this boost is active, jumping in replaced by energy blasts. Blocking is replaced by an EMP blast that nullifies enemy powers for a brief period of time. After the EMP blast, you become charged with electricity, shocking any foes that touch you. Energy regen is also disabled during this boost, so keep your kill count up to get more energy. Hold to deploy an auto-turret.

6). Plasma Cannon- uses your shoulder mounted cannon to fire out a plasma bolt that creates a damaging energy field upon contact with an enemy.

7). System Overload - Concentrate all the power in your suit into a single, massive EMP blast that fries foes and nullifies enemy powers of any who survive the blast.

Samus has rejoined the alliance!

Hello all! A little over a year ago, tubularspacedude made the off-hand suggestion that since Samus was planned to be in the Wii Version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance and we have footage of her full moveset (seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opkOtApoqqI&ab_channel=MetroidDatabase), a mod that adheres close to that would be a fun thing to have.

Well, I took that idea and decided to expand on it a bit. It is clear from the footage available that the developers were heavily inspired by Metroid Prime, particularly the first game in that series, so I decided to expand on that a bit, as well as give her some iconic moves that I felt were missing in the original version. This is the Default Version of the mod.

Fear not though! For those who would prefer something as close to the original footage as possible, I have included an alternate version- which I call the Recreated Version- that is strictly what you see in the footage.

In accordance with that, there was some debate in the community as to whether or not Samus was intended to have two Xtremes- Missile Blast and Phazon Beam, or whether or not she should have one or the other.

I have decided to just give everyone options and so each version of the mod includes a version with one combined Xtreme (Missile Blast, and then if your health is high enough, Phazon Beam), and then a version with two separate Xtremes. Choose whichever one you feel best captures Samus as she was intended or as she could have been!

You may also wonder why Samus isn't super talkative in this mod. Well, similar to what tubularspacedude did for Link, where he repurposed his grunts and other sound effects into a voice pack, I decided to do the same for Samus, as she is not very talkative in the Metroid Prime games that this mod- and the original footage- was inspired by.

Without further ado, an overview of her powers:

Her Powers

1). Power Beam- press and hold down the button to fire the Power Beam, which knocks back foes. In the Default Version, press and hold BLOCK while firing to launch a Super Missile, which instantly kills frozen foes and knocks back in a large radius.

2). Morph Ball- transform into the Morph Ball. Press ATTACK to drop bombs. Press BLOCK to exit.

3). Wave Beam- fire off the Wave Beam, which stuns foes if fully charged. In the Default Version, press and hold BLOCK while charging to fire the Wavebuster, a continuous beam of energy that electrifies foes.

If using the Default Version and you're in the Light Suit, the Wavebuster will become the Sonic Boom, which knocks back foes and stuns them.
 
4). Homing Missiles (Default Version Only)- fire off missiles that home-in on targets and instantly kill frozen foes.

5). Ice Beam- press to slow foes in a radius. Charge to freeze them solid. In the Default Version, press and hold BLOCK to fire the Ice Spreader. which homes in, freezes, and slows foes, creating an icy patch of ground that slows and damages foes.

If using the Default Version and you're in the Light Suit, the Ice Beam and Ice Spreader becomes the Dark Beam and Darkburst. Press to weaken foes in a radius, and charge to immobilize them in a dark energy field. Press and hold BLOCK to trap them in a gravity well that sucks in foes.

6). Screw Attack (Default Version Only)- somersault in the air while damaging foes with electric waves.

7). Plasma Beam- fire that Plasma Beam, which burns foes. Charge for more damage. If using the Default Version, press and hold BLOCK to activate the Flamethrower, which continuously burns foes for a short distance.

If using the Default Version and you're in the Light Suit, the Plasma Beam becomes the Light Beam and the Flamethrower becomes the Sunbeam. Press to fire multiple orbs of light that burn foes, the number of which increases as you charge. Fire off the Sunburst when fully charged, which detonates and burns foes. The Sunbeam has greater range than the Flamethrower and pierces foes.

8). Speed Boost- dashes forward and activates a boost that increases Samus' movement and attack speed for a time. 

9). Chozo Blood Rights- infusion with Chozo DNA has increased Samus' durability and increased her base Stats. Also gives temporary skill points to your powers.

10). Bounty Hunter (Single X-Treme Version Only) - Samus fires off a Super Missile into the air and rains death upon enemies below. If your health is 75% or above, Samus will leap into the air and fire the Phazon Beam, which does double damage and has a 25% instant-kill chance. The Phazon Beam damages Samus for 25% of her health (unless she is in the Dark Samus skin).

In the Two X-Treme Version, the Missile Blast and the Phazon Beam are separate, which means that you can activate the Phazon Beam any time you have an X-Treme, but it also means if you're not watching your health and you're not careful, it can kill you, so watch out!

Hello all! This is my mod of Sam Wilson, the Falcon! He's quite a bit different from the other Falcon mods out there, namely in that his powers differ based on whether or not he's flying, and he doesn't use skin segments.

The whole concept behind him was that I wanted to encourage players to use air combat more often, so to facilitate that there's a whole separate powerset in the air, and it is generally more powerful, though you spend more energy in the air.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Razor Storm- On the ground, throws multiple razor darts from wings that stun foes. In the air, both wings rapidly fire a barrage of darts.

2). Falcon's Flight- On the ground, flies low and knocks enemies back. In the air, dives downward towards foes and causes a shockwave that knocks back in an arc. 

3). Swift Shots- On the ground fires guns in a broad sweep to the left and right, knocking enemies down. In the air, rains bullets on enemies below. Foes that are stunned have a 50% chance of a critical hit.
 
4). Redwing Rush- On the ground, use movement controls to guide Falcon's bird Redwing and launch nearby foes. In the air, Redwing will orbit Falcon and seek out nearby foes.

5). Winged Warrior- From the ground, Falcon flies upward and comes crashing down, knocking foes back in a radius. In the air, plunges wings into the ground and launches foes in an even larger radius.

6). Tactical Assault- On the ground, twirl the control stick and generate gusts of wind with wings, all while firing bullets. In the air, launch two wing darts that deploy cables that trap and stun foes.

7). Twisting Talon- On the ground, lunge forward while spinning with wings outstretched, launching enemies into the air. While in the air, performs a spin attack that knocks foes back.

8). Birds of Prey- Summons a flock of birds that absorb damage, attack nearby foes, reduce the cost of powers, and raise $XP.

9). Eyes in the Sky- Falcon telepathically connects with birds in the sky, which allows him to see enemies on the map increasing speed, dodge chance, and critical strike chance.

10). Flight of the Falcon - Falcon strafes around foes, launching razor darts and flying alongside his avian allies that attack any nearby enemies. He then flies even higher into the air and shoots down enemies below him.

Hello all! This is my booster for Outsider's Valkyrie mod. The goal of this booster was to give Valkyrie more mores that incorporate both her sword Dragonfang and her spear, as well as give her some extra attributes here and there, along with new boltons, sounds, effects, and a new voice file.

Powers

1). Ride of the Valkyries- Valkyrie mounts onto her pegasus and flies, knocking back enemies and inspiring allies, increasing their damage and attack speed and decreasing damage taken.

2). Dragonfang- Strike with the enchanted sword Dragonfang, slicing foes in a wide arc and rendering their powers useless. Also reflects damage and projectiles back on attackers.

3). Spear of the Valkyrie- Stab with the mystical spear of the Valkyrie, knocking foes back and reducing their damage for a time.
 
4). Lady Liberator- Strike with both sword and spear- stunning, tripping, launching, and knocking back enemies.

5). Glorious Charge- Dash With Asgardian speed and charge forward with both mystical weapons, knocking enemies down. Also breaks free of negative status effects.

6). Asgardian Might- Spin around with sword and spear outstretched, launching enemies into the air. Follow up with an uppercut and then come crashing down, striking your sword Dragonfang into the earth.

7). Chooser of the Slain- Throw the enchanted sword Dragonfang. Press Light Attack, Heavy Attack, Grab, or Jump while the sword is out to perform actions with the spear.

8). Maiden of Rage- Valkyrie channels all of her Asgardian might, raising her melee damage and experience.

9). Death Glow- Valkyrie allows her allies to mystically see the enemies that are about to die, increasing critical chance and also lowering damage taken.

10). Heavenly Demise - Dragonfang becomes infused with the power of the gods, unleashing a blast of mystical energy and granting Valkyrie the Gifts of the Gods (see Stats for more details).

1). Odin decreases energy cost.

2). Frigga gives foresight, increasing dodge chance.

Hello all! This is my Polaris booster/mod, which is really just a heavily modified version of jonohood's excellent Polaris booster. Due to a lack of easy access to his works on the forums, I have included all the necessary files here.

The idea behind this booster was to take the best elements of jonohood's booster and then add in some powers that Magneto had in the now defunct Marvel Heroes Omega game.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Magnetic Eruption- Sends a surge of electromagnetic energy that knocks foes upwards.

2). Shrapnel Barrage- Fires metal shards at enemies that do damage over time.

3). Iron Overload- Fire off waves of electromagnetic energy that fries electrical circuits and affects iron in the blood, slowing enemies.
 
4). Orbital Smite- Tear a metallic object from orbit and send it crashing into enemies.

5). Magnetic Attraction- Sucks in surrounding debris and foes and blasts it all outward, stunning them.

6). Storm of Steel- Lorna lifts up metal into the sky, letting it rain down on enemies. She then uses this steel to encase foes in metal, immobilizing them

7). Geomagnetic Link- Draws energy from Earth's Electromagnetic Field greatly decreasing energy spending for a time.

8). Orbiting Spheres- Orbiting metal spheres fly off towards enemies and bounce around the room, while also absorbing damage.

9). Magnetic Field- Creates a lingering magnetic field affecting enemies over a period of time.

10). Polarity Surge - Blasts surrounding enemies with a lethal electromagnetic blast.

Hello all! This is an Ant-Man booster that combines the best elements of Outsider's mod and Canino's mod. The idea was not only to combine these two awesome mods, but also to give him a balance of ant powers, growth powers, and shrink powers.

Without further ado, an overview:

1). Bullet Ants- Commands five bullet ants to fly around him, and sting enemies they see.

2). Inch-High Goodbye- Ant-Man shrinks down to a tiny size and attacks forward, delivering a powerful uppercut.

3). Little Car Thrown- Throw a car that explodes after a time, dealing massive damage to all enemies hit and knocking them back.
 
4). Ant Swarm- Scott commands a swarm of ants to attack enemies, damaging them for 7 seconds while causing them to run away in panic.

5). Bouncing Bullet- Modified in strength and speed, Ant-Man ricochets from enemy to enemy, like some kind of jerk-seeking missile.

6). Big Foot Sighting- Grows to titanic proportions and shows his enemies a side of him they've never seen before: under his foot. Damages and knocks back nearby enemies.

7). Fire Ants- Scott commands fire ants that usually build bridges or rafts with their bodies, to create gloves giving him extra fire damage.

8). Elusive Hero- Uses Pym Particles to shrink to ant size, becoming nearly invisible to enemies. Gains movement speed, increased strength, and a high chance to dodge. Cannot not be slowed down.

9). The Biggest Hero- Uses Pym Particles to grow to giant size, gaining massive defense and striking. Cannot regain energy or be knocked down. Press Light Attack for Giant Punch or Heavy Attack for Giant Stomp.

10). Ant-Tastic - Ant-Man commands a swarm of "crazy ants" that discharge electricity on enemies as they fly around.

Hello all! This is a booster for Jean Grey, which is actually an update of an old booster by MUALover. Essentially the idea behind it was to combine Jean's XML2 and MUA2 next-gen and last-gen movesets.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Telekinetic Grip- Grabs an enemy with telekinetic beam, pulling them close and then sending them flying.

2). Psionic Blast- A radial mental attack inflicting pain on enemies and reducing their damage for a time.

3). Dark Phoenix- Unleash a portion of Dark Phoenix energy, knocking enemies away and burning them.
 
4). Restraining Wave- Release telekinetic energy that lifts enemies in the air and harms them with psychic energy, continuously damaging them. Additional damage is done after release, with a 25% chance to nullify their powers.

5). Pyrokinetic Blast- Manifests a wave of pyrokinetic energy, causing massive knockback and burning enemies for a time.

6). Mind Freeze- Freeze an enemy's mind with a beam of telekinetic energy, immobilizing them.

7). Phoenix Fury- Burn enemies with a pyrokinetic energy while suspending them in the air for a limited time, then blast them away. 

8). Calming Presence- Increase $EP regeneration rate of entire party for a time

9). Mental Guardian- Summons a little essence of the Phoenix that fires homing projectiles.

10). Phoenix Force - Unleash the full might of the Phoenix Force on enemies.

Hello all! This is a booster for Psylocke that combines her XML1 moveset with her last-gen and next-gen MUA2 movesets.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Psychic Slash- Attack the enemy's nervous system with a Psy-Blade, slowing them (this is altered by Psychic Blade, which transitions this power from the XML1 animation to the MUA2 next-gen animation).

2). Psychic Knives- Throws multiple psychic bolts in an arc at enemies.

3). Telekinetic Explosion- Releases a furious explosion of telekinetic energy to all enemies in a short range, knocking them back.

4). Butterfly Swarm- Psylocke generates swarms of telepathic energy that seek out enemy targets and burst upon impact, stunning them briefly.

5). Kinetic Drill- Psylocke hurls forward while surrounding herself in a torrent of psionic energy, finishing with a powerful drop kick.

6). Butterfly Kicks- Attacks foes with psionically-enhanced kicks.

7). Psychic Defense- Reduces damage and shields allies from mental attacks.

8). Mental Shroud- Hides from the minds of others, allowing her better chance to strike a critical location. Occasionally causes instant KO.

9). Psychic Blade- Wields a psychic katana, altering melee attacks by drawing in energy per kill.   

10). Psychic Onslaught - Rains psychic blades down on enemies dealing massive $DMG_MENTAL and stunning them.

Hello all! This is a small booster for Outsider's Winter Soldier Booster. New animations, effects, and some minor tweaks to powers.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Firearm Swing- James swings his M4 Carbine at enemies hard, causing knockback (unchanged).

2). Desert Eagle- Pulls out a military-grade pistol and fires as long as button is held. Has a 25% chance to cause Bleed Damage. Press $BLOCK while firing to knock away foes with a melee attack (this was changed from a strafe power to differentiate it from Nick Fury's strafe power a bit more, and due to finding a nice gun animation when creating Samus' mod, I thought it would fit here).

3). Bionic Arm- Has two uses. Up close, he can attack enemies hard causing $KB. From far (if timed correctly), he can catch and reflect projectile or beam attacks, and follow up with a gun counter blast. (The only change made here was that the shot was made a piercing shot, in order to distinguish it from the Desert Eagle).
 
4). Grenade Launch- Throws a few grenades that explode within 3 feet or when time expires. (This was changed so that it is more of an arc/spread pattern than a straight radius; merely a preference).

5). Electric Bolt- James discharges a bolt of electrical energy from his bionic arm. Will stun enemy for a brief time (this was changed so that if you're in the Captain America costume, he also throws out the shield). 

6). Combat Knife- Uses combat knife and bionic arm to slash and knock foes away (this new power was added to give him more melee options). 

7). M4 Carbine- James uses his rifle to fire a special round that explodes on impact, causing intense $DMG and $KB. Hold to aim (the main change here was that the model reference in the entities file was changed to be Fury's mine because I found that easier to read/see in intense fighting with all the effects going on).

8). Combat Tactics- James uses his military combat knowledge and experience to prepare his allies for war, increasing defense and $XP. (Changed effect to differentiate it from Captain America's).

9). Winter Warning- James upgrades his bionic arm techonology to powerful levels, gaining extra melee damage, ^Might, and extra momentum (no changes).

10). EMP Discharge - Winter Soldier charges up his bionic arm and releases a devastating EMP that damages all enemies. (No changes).

This is a booster pack for Iron Man, Gambit, Blade, and Ghost Rider. It adds elements of older boosters but doesn't take away or add any content that isn't in some way official, unlike those older boosters.

For Iron Man it adds A.P. Rockets and Uni-Beam from the n-Space version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, and does so without getting rid of any of his base-game powers, as his current conversion mod does.

For Gambit, it adds Raining Cards, which is the re-named version of his 52 Pickup move in MUA2. It also adds rapid-fire card shuffle and several other things he had in MUA2 n-Space.

For Blade, it adds Shotgun Strafe. There was a booster that did this but it added other non-official things and also used the obsolete fightstyle method, so this is intended to be more stable.

Ghost Rider adds his bike, which several boosters incorporate, though here I just added the bike so as to keep him as close to official as possible.

All of these require you to start a new game before playing, with Blade and Gambit having new herostats.

Changelog

1). For Iron Fist, I increased the damage of his flying kick and gave him a unique grab smash.

2). For Namor, I added new effects (and with it some effect references in his powerstyle and interact), trimmed down his voice file so it's the same voice actor consistently (though there are less voice lines), gave him new icons, huds, and skins, and also made it so that the script activates when holding a boost (as no default character has an functions during a block, so I wanted that consistency).

3). For Quicksilver, I gave him a unique grab smash and gave his speed teleport attack a trip like Outsider's mod.

4). For Scarlet Witch, I restored her walking animation as there were some sound glitches. I also restored her original purple OCP effects so that they're like XML2.

5). For Vision, I remixed his animation files and also gave him the same teleport fix I applied to Shadowcat so that if you're phased and a scripted event occurs (like a conversation) you un-phase and teleport to safety.

6). For Wasp, I just bolted some trails correctly and added flight sounds.

Default Character Minor Edits and Fixes

-These are just edits of the OCP and Default character powerstyle files to make it so that either icon/file references are correct, sounds are correctly played, and trails are bolted correctly.

Hello all! This mod was originally just a personal project of mine, but I thought I might as well release it as well!

Essentially the idea was to combine aspects of the default Captain Marvel (Genis-Vell) and Carol Danvers in her Warbird persona and combine that with Canino's fantastic Captain Marvel mod to try to make a kind of synthesis of these three interpretations.

And since Jean Grey has both her Phoenix and Dark Phoenix personas, I thought it was only fair that Carol was afforded the same luxury, so she has a new number registered with the CCC that does not clash with any of the other Carol mods. The idea being if you wanted one roster with her as she is in the default game and another that is this mod, you can have that.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Luminous- A powerful force blast that stuns, followed by a radial wave of energy that knocks foes back.

2). Ace Pilot- Charges forward with such force that enemies are knocked aside. Upon landing, blasts foes with energy.

3). Cosmic Slam- Slamming the Nega Bands together causes a shockwave that launches foes into the air. 50% chance to take half of a stunned foe's health. 
 
4). Explosive Touch- Hurl orbs of light that charge foes with energy, detonating after a time.

5). Nega Blast- Fires a blast of energy into the ground that slows enemies.

6). Prism- Shoots an energy beam that splits off to multiple foes.

7). Photon Burst- Spawns multiple energy balls that will orbit Carol and attack foes that come in range.

8). Binary Boost- Adds energy damage and slows down time.

9). Warbird's Wrath- A massive flash of light that stuns enemies and critically hits already stunned foes.

Hello all! Though there are many Punisher mods and boosters out there, I decided to have a take on him that was kind of a synthesis of prior mods, with some elements from Marvel Heroes 2015/2016/Omega as well, and some of my own stuff I thought would be fun for him.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Handgun Blasts- Shoot a foe in the right eye, causing bleed damage. Then shoot him in the kneecap, causing him to trip. Finish with a shot from both handguns that has a chance to instant-kill. (Press-and-Hold). 

2). Shell Shock- Take aim and fire a blast from a shotgun that weakens foes.

3). Pineapple Grenade- Press to throw a flash bang that stuns foes. Charge to through a fragmentation grenade that knocks foes back. Charge all the way for an incendiary grenade that leaves a fire on the ground and does damage over time.
 
4). Bullet Frenzy- Fire from submachine guns, knocking foes away.

5). Execution- Blasts foes with a powerful sniper rifle, with a high chance for instant-kill.

6). Kill Zone- Fires in three round bursts from an assault rifle, increasing critical hit chance by 10% with each round of shots. Release to fire a smoke grenade that stuns foes and increases the chance that enemies will be instantly killed by bladed attacks. Press and hold Block for a melee attack.

7). Flaming Fury- Strafes around the battlefield, unleashing a flamethrower on foes.

8). Death Wish- For a brief period of time, damage taken is increased, but damage given is also increased, time is slowed down, and gain energy per kill.

9). Second Wind- Decreases damage taken. If Frank is killed while this boost is active, will revive with increased speed and damage.

10). Punishment - Fires an experimental rocket launcher at foes with an advanced targeting system that allows for ricocheting off walls.

In the 'xtras' section there is also an optional quasi-official model originally by Julio Cabral, updated by Matt and Hannah. It uses Nick Fury's model with some models from the Punisher game as well.

Hello all! Some time ago, I decided to tackle all of the cut characters from Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Captain Britain already has two mods of course, but I wanted one that took advantage of all the new technology and knowledge that has been learned in the years since those mods were completed, and I came up with my take.

I tried to incorporate as many elements of his character as I could: the Amulet of the Right (which represents the right path), the Sword of Might (which represents the path of violence), his Quarterstaff, Star Scepter (or Sceptre, if you prefer), and Excalibur (which in Marvel has healing properties), along with anything else I could find.

As far as we can gather, Captain Britain appears to have been cut from the PSP version, and other interviews have indicated Marvel was pushing to include him.

With the help of Enigmas' conversion of his skin and the help of several other talented modders, I have done my best to try to bring him to life. I hope he is enjoyable for all.

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Avalon Uppercut- Launch foes into the air and unleash a furious combo.

2). Quarterstaff- Spin the Quarterstaff around and knock enemies upward and back, then end by vaulting with the Quarterstaff and backflipping, dodging all attacks. Has a small chance to press the third button on the Quarterstaff and disintegrate a foe.

3). Sword of Might- Hold to slash with the Sword of Might. Damage taken is doubled when using the Sword. At full health, will launch waves of energy.
 
4). Otherworld Slam- Leap into the air and come slamming down feet first.

5). Soaring Sceptre- Use the Star Sceptre to propel yourself forward, knocking foes upward. Spawns a forcefield where you land.

6). Excalibur- Lunge forward with the Excalibur sword. Damage taken during this attack is reduced, and if you die during this attack, will revive at full health. 

7). Amulet of the Right- Boosts stats and raises damage output. 

8). Star Sceptre- Creates a shield that absorbs damage, reflects projectiles, and reduces damage taken.

9). Otherworld Aura- Plunge Excalibur into the ground, projecting a healing aura that harms foes and gives a boost to allies that regenerates health over time.

10). Right Makes Might - Leap high into the air and stab Excalibur into the ground, knocking foes up and healing and reviving allies.

Hello all! With Punisher and Captain Britain done, I didn't want to forget about the other cut character, Longshot! In terms of characters that were cut from the main game, knowledge of this one may require more modding knowledge than usual, as the only indicator of it is in the charinfo.xmlb file, which mentions Longshot as a PSP exclusive.

With this knowledge, I thought it was important to have an updated mod of him, though much of the original mod was quite good to begin with!

He is a bit of an odd pick for this game in my opinion (as there are probably many other X-Men one could name before him), but all that tells me is that whoever pushed for his inclusion must have been a big fan of him, so I hope this mod does him justice!

I tried to incorporate the fact that canonically, if he overuses his luck he will get bad luck, but I made it so that the bad luck effects aren't always bad news for you! 

Without further ado, an overview:

Powers

1). Blade Throw- Throws multiple blades at enemies (Rapid Tap)

2). Rope Kick- Uses rope dart to launch himself towards a foe. If no enemies are present, will instead roll and gain a short speed boost.

3). Hollow Bones- Longshot's hollow bones allow for superior speed, agility, and reflexes. Hold down to sprint towards a foe and deliver a powerful stunning kick. While sprinting, Longshot's wounds will slowly heal, and he has a chance to dodge attacks.
 
4). Ricochet Blades- Throws ricocheting blades that bounce off walls and pierce through foes.

5). Falling Knives- Throws blades into the air, and with amazing luck, they all hit their targets and cause damage over time.

6). Luck- Amazing luck allows for increased dodge and critical chance for you and your team! Critical hits also cause stun. Small chance of receiving bad luck and having foes dodge your knife attacks.

7). Attract- Uses supernatural attraction to either enrage or covert foes to your side. Enraged foes do more damage but also take more damage. Also attracts Good Luck Events and Bad Luck Events

Good Luck Events:

-Lightning Strike- chance for foes to be struck by Lightning and be stunned for a short while.

-Spontaneous Combustion- chance for foes to suddenly burst into flame, killing them instantly.

-Meteor Shower- chance for a meteor from the heavens to come crashing down, causing massive damage in an area and giving damage over time.

Bad Luck Events:

-Lightning Strike- chance for you to be struck by lightning, damaging you but giving you an electric touch and immunity to being slowed or grabbed.

-Spontaneous Combustion- chance for you to spontaneously combust, damaging you but creating a small area of effect around you and burning foes that touch you.

-Meteor Shower- chance for you to be struck by a meteor, damaging you, but also irradiating you for a short while, doing massive damage to any that touch you.

8). Luck of the Longshot- Leaps into the air and throws knives all around you, ricocheting all over the place. When you land, gain a random lucky boost.

Lucky Boosts:

-Energy Drain- enemies around you suddenly forget how to use their powers and are nullified for a time.

-Enhanced Damage- by awesome luck, your team ends up hitting foes harder than usual and does increased damage.

-Enhanced Speed- your team has more energy than usual and so can move more quickly for a period of time.

-Awareness- enemies make subtle mistakes that make foes more aware of their environment, slowing down time for a short period (works like Spider Sense).
