Stepford Cuckoo mod v1

Notes: complete mod.  She has all her npc powers, plus a couple more.
needs icons, currently using Emma Frost's icons.

Powers:
Psionic Slam - npc power, radial blast
Mental Beam - npc power, beam
Double Punch - npc power, double punch, but now she quickly changes into her diamond form while punching
Love Spell - mind control
Diamond Fist - punches ground causing damage in a radius, quickly goes in and out of diamond form to punch the ground
Power Block - nullify enemies powers in a radius
x-tremes:
PHOENIX WARSONG - xtreme, Jean's XML1 Phoenix Force xtreme
Five In One - four other cuckoos are spawned
boost:
Diamond Form - goes into diamond form, looses powers but stats are raised
Super-Mind - links minds of team, increases damage and defense rating of team

This uses a new fightstyle not in XML2.  So you must start a new game from default, old games will not accept the new fightstyle and the mod will not be able to use its second skeleton in old games.  So just start over.

Backup anything else you might overwrite, im not responsible for anything that is lost. Install everything in this mod in order for everything to work correctly.  Ive set up the rar file to match the way XML2 sorts its files, so just drag and drop.

adds 3 new great skins made by souledge1313 (to see pics of them go here http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=1440.0), replaces diamond form with souledge1313's, and changes second extreme so now her sister show up with different customes (only two should share the same skin).

nodoubt, maybe you could use the esme skin I made with the 2nd Xtreme so that the last 2 girls don't end up sharing the same costume. Just a suggestion. I'm currently playing the MOD with such an edit (in fact, Esme is the main skin I'm using)

Yes I'm definitely going to use that skin, i was planning an update later on, that would add that skin, change the powerstyle so the other sisters wouldn't be wearing the same thing, and some new icons.  All part of finishing up the Brotherhood project.

Differences from version 2:
* added Esme Cuckoo skin by shafcrawler

* fixed up fightstyle
* added additional power sounds to her sound file
* new icons

Notes: complete mod, most likely the final version. Simple, but fun to play.

So when I get XML2 I'm definatly gonig to add this character five times, use the different skins or each one, figure out how to change their names so they are the different sisters, and then focus on one power with each of them, and NOT level up the rest with the exception of double punch, super-mind and the extreme.


All the modifications of it is alright with you that is :)

Thought it easier and polite to explain what I wanted to do with yoiur creation before I decided to download it.

yeah, as long as credit is given, im ok with it.

on a sidenote, i havent decided if i am going to move her to one skeleton.  i really like how she is now and she doesnt have enough animations in her npc skeleton.  but i'll check it out anyways.

Nodoubt, I was wondering something. Since you plan on including the Cuckoo MOD in the Brotherhood Edition, wouldn't it be better just to call it Esme in that edition and give her a few alternate Esme costumes? I was reading her last issue and decided on making the costume she wears when she dies. Maybe you can add it to your MOD. Just my penny's worth.

maybe for that project i'll call her esme, but overall i want the mod to be stepford cuckoo, just to cover all 5 girls.  so if someone doenst want to play with Esme, they can pretend/consider they are playing with one of the others. and sure i'll add any skin you do.

Notes: Updated version.  Now she only uses one skeleton, so if you were using the previous two skeleton version, you have to start a new game (especially since she needs to have fightstyle finesse for some moves to look correctly).  A lot more complete, a lot better.

Differences from previous version:
* Uses only one skeleton now, no new fightstyle.  Moved around some animations.
* Fixed her Five In One Xtreme boost, now the sister follow the group and dissapear after 45 seconds (now that the sisters are surrounded by the same energy as the sister who calls them the move looks a lot nicer)
* New icons by shafcrawler, they are amazing :)

btw nodoubt, I don't mind at all. I was a bit worried that he Xtreme icon looked out of place, but I don't think creating it in a different colour scheme would have made the same kind of impact.

what i did in this update is:
*redid her character packages
*slight changes to some of the values in the talent file
*added an awesome load screen by shafcrawler (preview here http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=2275.msg49032#msg49032)

version 4.1 is the same version of the mod that will be included in the Brotherhood Edition.

i have no problem with you using any of those skins, but i didnt do any of those skins so you should be asking the person that did them if you can use it. The readme has the credits for who did what.
