These mannequins were supposed to be released as a part of the "Official Characters" pack, but when I saw tommy making one mannequin after another (including Doom), I decided to quit waiting.
These models are NOT my work, I've ripped them from the game using a program called 3D Ripper DX (http://www.deep-shadows.com/hax/3DRipperDX.htm) and modified them to get a better effect.
Sabretooth
This is my original "proof of concept" that 3D Ripper DX can actually be used for making mannequins. I've been using an old version of the program, so I had to make my own UVW Mapping for the model (most of the credit goes to my brother for this one). It has the DLC texture with added specular highlights effect. I also applied Mesh Smooth to make the model look even better. Eyes improved by Norrin Radd.

Dr. Doom
This one has modified mesh to alter the original pose. The highlights here are more subtle. I also gave the model a modified version of my own Magneto's cape, as it looks better than the original one.

dark_mark, i have edited the sabretooth mannequin a bit, i can remove this post and link if you want, but here is a version of your mannequin with the eyes just changed a little:
i shrunk the gap between his eyes and made them go at an angle.
