At 0:22, Wolverine uses his claws to throw an enemy off the Helicarrier. I think I've never seen that animation, but then again, there's a power I almost never use. Anyways, if that power is not in the game, maybe the animation is there, unused.

so like the skin, which has been made but then not used, the animation could have been made but left unused.
Winstrol used that anim a long time ago for Colossus to pick up guys (http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=1363.msg26204#msg26204), so I know the animations are still there. He never released anything though. And just a fun fact, the roar power at 0:19 is probably an old leftover from X-Men Legends 2.

That looks like kinda like Certain Death or his grabsmash....
It's his grabmash... i should know...1º- he is my favorite character ^^ AND... 2º- i simply LOVE doing that all the time ^^
So there you have it... it's simply his grab smash... anyone can do it ^^
