Title: Jean Grey Skills & Powers fix

While a discussion here (http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=500.0 (http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=500.0)) highlights a way to make Mental Mastery work for the most part, there are a couple of extra fixes required.

These files correct Mental Mastery to reference dmg_telekinesis instead of dmg_mental.  They should also update Psionic Combat and Psychic Fury to use dmg_telekinesis instead of dmg_mental.

Finally, Dark Phoenix should display the correct number of boxes for the amount of ranks it's actually supposed to have.

The phoenix.engb file goes in the /data/talents/ folder, and the ps_phoenix.engb goes in the /data/powerstyles/ folder.

That was actually all fixed with the Jean Grey Booster.  You actually didn't have to change anything in the powers, but just change the reference in the talent file to include both dmg_telekenesis and dmg_mental.

Neat!  Out of curiosity, does an enemy with mental resistance resist both types of damage?
