Credit and debit cards
The most common method to add money to the "wallet" is to use a credit card or debit card. This payment system is available in all areas with PlayStation Store support. Visa and American Express gift cards can also be used to add funds to the wallet. Although select areas require that you use a credit card with a billing address from that specific country.
You should be able to add money from one of the PS3 menu screens if that feature is supported in Indonesia. If it isn't then you are out of luck.

Eh dude. In my country. Don't have PSN Cards of USA or JAP or....... something liked that. I don't know the Card Numbers. But XBOX 360 does have a card in my country.
Can we use a cell phone voucher numbers for PSN.
