No. It's just one skin and there's no mod for it.

Nobody is working on him right now, and as far as I know nobody is planning to.
What happened to mingy? He was working on it along with a load of others last I checked.

Speaking of the Firelord skin, I can't quite find it searching through the forums. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've got a couple of ideas that I would like to try for it.
