I've added nightcrawler on my own. Got the files from official chars and the herostat using search xD.
Everything went OK, except that when i choose a hero he is invisible:

If i choose him there is no error he appears normaly like any other char:

I have the feeling that is a missing file, any idea what file?
I would say you havnt added the mannequin correctly.
